I liked how i was close to the downtown and beach easy to get to the hotel the staff didnt talked much but where very nice if talked to or asked questions

I didnt like how at check in i wasnt given any info on time of breakfast time of when the pool was close i had to call for that info which was ki da wierd i did come later than expected cause of my train ride and also had to ask for toilet paper i qas there from friday to monday

The smart tv system. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing.

The elevator was slow and struggled. And the other elevator was being repaired. I'm 6 feet tall and the same height as the shower head. Also the water pressure could be a bit stronger to where when I turned the shower head up more, the water curved to where I had to be directly under it.

The mattress and breakfast was awesome.

Overall, my stay was good. I had a bad encounter with a male staff member by phone on Monday night around 9:15pm. He was rude and rushed me off phone without answering my question. Other staff were at hotel were wonderful and pleasant. The mattress was awesome

Kyle at the front desk was great. Friendly and accommodating. The bed and pillows were comfortable and breakfast options were good. Staff was also very nice.

The interior was outdated and dingy. Pool was clean but disorderly. Chairs were scattered everywhere and there was debris from trees on the deck.

Hotel staff is polite and professional, check in is quick. Hotel and rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast selection is good.

I needed to leave early and asked for a refund for my last day and I don't know if it will be refunded because it was prepaid and not booked through the hotel. Still waiting to hear from someone at the hotel.

Breakfast was a delight 10 for whom ever maintains the breakfast the front desk was always available and ready to help The manager checked in on us. the room was very comfortable

The room/entire floor was renovated that was nice. We like this hotel and stay every year.

The tv wasn’t working well. The remote had trouble connecting and the tv was very slow to respond to the remote.

The breakfast was great, plenty of parking and the pool and hot tub were nice and clean. The location was good and we weren't bothered by the noise coming from the airport or 95. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would come back again.

The hotel had a bit of a smell but nothing we found terribly bad. Also, I was surprised there were not more security cameras throughout the hotel. We only noticed one camera right by the elevator on our floor but I would suggest the hotel add cameras throughout the hallways as well.

Gloria was wonderful to me. She provided me with an early check-in, which I was SO grateful for, and a room with a great view that was peaceful. The room was very clean and very reasonably priced! I would one hundred percent stay here again in Boca. It's also near a Whole Foods which I appreciated. The pool area is lovely, too, and the fitness room has weights, which is the reason I stayed here to begin with!

Maybe a few more breakfast options but honestly they do pretty well for the price of this place.
