From the moment I arrived I noticed the well appointed entry, was met at front desk by Lovelie yes that was her name and she was ! I arrived earlier than expected but not a problem, my room was ready ! I travel with a well trained medical service dog "Blue" 🐕‍🦺 he was welcomed nicely . I go up to my suite and opened the door to a very lovely clean room with a spectacular view of ocean , the city, pool and Atlantic Ave. Loved the pool and deelish choices for breakfast and good coffee ! Loved my morning and evening walks with Blue and access to great restaurants and snack options. Shopping and the outdoor market. I am in the Hospitality Business 42 years so I am not easily impressed! But wow well done Opal's Atlantic Suites on the Avenue in Delray Beach !!

The Breakfast was outstanding. Location of hotel is walking dist to beach and very many restaurants and night life. Entire Hotel was very clean. Full kitchen in room nice amenity. Coffee maker very nice made latte too. Room was insulated well very quiet. Great view of pool and ocean partially. Front desk agents very courteous and helpful.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable and pillows too the fitted sheet kept popping off. Closet door was combersome and bulky. Coffee at the Breakfast wasnt hot enough. Covered parking section needs freshened up. pavement water puddles and could use some paint to bright place up a bit.

Great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, free parking. Good quality breakfast, plenty of selections. Excellent coffee. Family room is comfortable and roomy to hang out. Both the family room and bedroom have a balcony that you can step out to enjoy the breeze and overlooking the pool in the courtyard. In my opinion, the south facing rooms are the best. Not only you have a great view of the ocean, but also a grand view of the church and the Delray residential area. Room on the East side have too sun glaring in the eyes and room on the west side can't see the ocean.

The layout is not ideal. The bedroom is next to the sink area and the bathroom. Lights in the sink area are mounted on the ceiling in the connecting walkway and are very bright. They shine right into your eyes if you are laying in bed. Perhaps those lights should be mounted above the sink so they don't shine into the bed. Fan in the bathroom is not only very loud but also are on the same switch as the lights. You can't turn on the bathroom light without disturbing people at sleep. There is no night light any where so we ended up moving around in the dark or using the cell phone for lights.

The hotel is beautiful, and the location and staff are great. Nice breakfast option downstairs. We stayed in a 1 bdrm with 2 queen beds, small kitchen w/table and nice living room. It was a corner unit on top floor, wonderful view and private. Hotel was about a block from the beach with shops and restaurants all around. You could take a free cart ride into downtown and hit a happy hour and some dinner, or a bar and a band. Beds were comfy. Hotel and pool area were clean and good vibes, would return!

The location was very good. It was a bit noisy on Atlantic Ave. with trucks and motorcycles. The staff was extremely responsive and friendly. We were pleased there was a garage and parking lot for guests and their company. We appreciated the daily housekeeping.

The gym was very small. Also, there were no mats, no 3 lb weights and no recumbent bike. Many of the guests are older and an upright back is difficult on the back. Also, the snack room needed more options, lower prices and stocked. The breakfast was OK but we were very disappointed with the coffee. Only bold regular coffee was offered. Also, it would have been nice to change up the fruit option. Only bananas and melon were offered.

Staff great. Felt terrible. Left quickly to xatch flught and did not leave anything as a thankyou for the room cleaners. They were great. Realized that while driving to airport

Only issue. Noise from the doors innour room connecting to other rooms. Never had that before. Could hear people on either side.

The whole stay there was amazing. A large room with a dedicated bedroom, a very nice balcony. The pool was perfect and the walk to the beach was short.

The internet was pretty slow, serviceable. And there was no easy way to upgrade to the faster internet they offered, I would have to call a support line to get the upgrade. Also they stopped serving Bacon a day after I got there and never brought it out again which sucked.

Breakfast was included and was excellent. A lot of healthy choices. Parking was also included. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a great view of the ocean and a nice kitchenette. Outside hot tub was enjoyable. Location was close to the ocean and right on the busy Atlantic Ave. full of shops and restaurants. I would stay there again.

Hotel guests would hold chairs around the pool with towels and sometimes not ever use the chairs. I think hotel staff should regularly (hourly?) clear the towels off of any unoccupied chair.

I was initially greeted and accommodated by the woman at the Front desk. She was very sweet and professional.

I did call down at one point regarding the shower water being cold even though I left it on and moved it all ways to warm. When I asked the girl in the morning she had no idea how to help. She mentioned there were complaints, but did not seem to have the follow up answer as to the solution. This is something that should’ve been expected of any customer. It was not necessary for her to suggest somebody coming to show me she should’ve known the answer.

There could have been more variety with the fruits during breakfast. The hot tub was a plus and ease of access to the sights and stores. The house keeping department wasted no time in ensuring the room was kept pristine. The kitchenette offered a home away from home atmosphere and the option to cook opposed to eating take-away.
