MY STAY WAS AWESOME GREAT STAFFS GENELLE THIS MANAGER IS VERY UNDERSTANDING SHE MAKES YOU FEEL AS IF YOU ARE AT HOME HER EMPLOYEE KATRINA ITS AMAZING VERY ACCOMMODATING ALSO BYRAN AS WELL OVERALL MY STAY WAS OUTSTANDING

The coffee was good, the room clean, the area clean, grounds were kept up nicely...the staff was phenomenal...very nice, informative ( I don't live in Florida) . Thanks for the great experience!

I loved everything, and what I didn't like had nothing to do with Extended stay! I will return!

What breakfast, only thing there was Tea, Coffee and sml packs of oatmeal. That's not breakfast. Not even fruits. Needs lots more improvement.

The rooms just need some air in there it has a bad scent.

Everything was appropriate for the rate and the expectations. It's a apartment style hotel that has a lot of traffic for long term stays. The staff is very accommodating.

Had no issues once I found the elevator.

the GM is very friendly,knowledgeable and understanding 10 stars for her and her staff

the price is what I don’t like about the property even after being a customer that comes often I get no deals on a reasonable price

Very clean environment not what I was expecting at all. Comfortable all around great customer service.
