Ms. Jigna Patel, the staff at the counter was very professional and friendly. She was ready to get me into another room when I called and told her that the AC was not working and that the room was very hot. Wonderful person with a great attitude and personality. Breakfast was okay. Did not like the way the eggs were cooked, a bit watery.

The room had a very bad smell to it as soon as I got in. The bed was never made up properly. It seemed like the sheets were just pulled up and did not appear to be properly made up. Body Wash bottle was completely empty. Did not have a pen to leave a note but left a long piece of tissue hanging from the empty bottle hoping it would trigger their attention but that didn’t help.

Close to food and gas stations. Also, my son had a basketball tournament this weekend at east jackson high school so it’s was only 17 minutes. We live an hour and a half away. So we got to sleep in va getting up and driving at 6am.

The elevator!! The door almost shut on me causing it to hit me and spill my drink. I looked at the date it was last serviced and the expiration date said may 2023 and the last time it had been inspected was July 7,2022. It sounds like it is going to jam up any minute.

The staff was so friendly, the room was clean. They did have the pool closed. They said it was closed for the season, but it's summer? Maybe it was because they were in the process of renovations. Breakfast was simple but enough for us. All in all, a really good and comfortable stay. This is the second time I've personally stayed here, and I've stayed at several other places in Commerce, but this one is definitely the one I'll be sticking with when I visit.

Our room window was facing the LaQuinta, and the lights from that hotel were so bright at night that we had to clip the curtains closed because even just a small opening was kind of annoying to try to sleep through. I know it's not anyone's fault, but it was a slight inconvenience.

The staff treated me like family! They called immediately when I drove off without my extra pillow. Then met me at the door with it and bid me a happy journey. The breakfast was hot and the dining area was clean and well stocked. The room was clean and updated and the bed very comfortable. Hope to stop there again.

wish I had known there would be a 50.00 per night charge for our two small dogs. I was told by Booking .com that I would owe $394.68. When we checked in, was shocked that it was $150.00 more.

Traveled for an afternoon wedding. Very accommodating to let us in early to change. Management checked to make sure everything was to our expectations. Great people!

The only thing was the water pressure was low on 3rd floor.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was warm and delecious.

The desk clerk was not friendly at all. When we asked for a toothpaste as we forgot ours, she gave us one tiny tube to share!!! The hotel is not quiet at all in the mornings.

Longtime customer from 10+ years ago, but this was our first visit since the remodeling of the property. Looks terrific! Staff was helpful and engaging, very pleasant.

I appreciate they are pet friendly, yet still not a roach hotel.

The room was so humid, it was hard to sleep. It’s was like being at the beach but not in a good way.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast exceeded expectations. The location was convenient.

The paint, caulking, and floor in the bathroom looked sloppy. It had the appearance of a cheap hotel. An update is needed.
