the location!

1/2 elevators being down for half of my trip. waiting 5-7 minutes on an elevator was irritating.

Great Location, Hotel & Staff!!!

But, only one ice machine for such a large hotel, which was broke down the entire stay...(that's ridiculous)! Shouldn't have overbooked your location, or should at least discount my rate if you can't provide me with the Suite I bought & paid for! Don't you think? That seems like bad business practices to me! If it wasn't for my daughter's wedding week, I surely would have changed to another hotel that would have properly compensated me. Its Never too late folks! Never had an issue like these on the Mainland, which seems crazy!

Location, reception staff, especially Suki! also appreciated the laundry facilities and early check-in. We also had a partial ocean view which was fantastic.

Got charged an extra person fee of $250 even though it was just the two of us. it was immediately taken off once I noticed it but makes me uneasy. Please invest in fitted sheets - this is not the first Courtyard Marriott where the loose sheets were too small for the bed and made the stay unnecessarily uncomfortable.

Even though the room were a little older and showing their age the room itself was spacious, comfy and cosy. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a safe, microwave and fridge! We had breakfast included in the price and it was the perfect way to start your fun filled day in Hawaii!!! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!!! Location was AMAZING!!! Perfect walking distance to everything!

Not that I didn’t like just think some of the rooms need a bit of an update. Bathrooms and balcony doors in particular. In saying that though everything was totally liveable!

Great location, super close to the main Waikiki Beach area. Room was really nice and clean and the downstairs bar and pool area was great to just relax in. Staff were great. Shout out to the bartender Tyler (who is leaving soon) but he was awesome! We were even able to hire a Go Pro from the hotel for our snorkelling day and this was included in our hotel fee along with a few other things and I thought that was pretty cool!

Only comment would be the bathrooms are small. Was fine for us just as a couple but there wasn’t much room

Needed to move to the suite to enable me to be in meetings all day for 3 days. It was convenient and enabled me to talk without waking anyone. Wifi was pretty consistent.

It was separate from main hotel, in a very urban setting on the property. That affected noise, as garbage collection seems to occur frequently (every other day) at 4:00 am.

the location and pools inside of hotel was good.

meal in the morning is able to choice from 3 kinds but you can’t choice how to cook eggs and bread. The elevator doesn’t go to a new building to 14th floor, so I will not recommend to stay in a new building at 14th floor.

Great location, reception staff were excellent and were able to change rooms from a small room overlooking the noisy pool area to a much larger accessible quiet room on 11th floor.

Having an electric jug to boil water in the room would be great. Trying to boil water in the pod coffee maker was challenging.

location was very central. short walk to the beach.

14 floor access was via 2 flights of stairs from the twelfth floor.

The property was very well maintained and for such a small piece property. and the amenities were good. Services were good also.

The room had a unusual odor. for our first stay there, we did not like the location of our room, it was right in front of the elevator. So we heard everyone coming and going. Also we checked out on November 1, 2022, but we were charged for November 2, 2022, and never refunded. I sent our flight information to the hotel via email and never heard back.
