The Staff were super friendly, beds and pillows comfortable and great having AC in the room. Had a nice view of the ocean was a great place and location. Handy having an ABC Store across the street! Clean and very tidy and will definitely stay here again when we return.

Pool wasn't opened when we first arrived but opened a couple of days before we left which was amazing. Need to have a more variety of fresh fruit available for breakfast

It’s very clean and simple. It was just me and my wife and our son. We enjoyed the breakfast and how close it is to everything in Waikiki. We really only used the hotel to sleep and shower. But it was a great location and a great vacation because of the hotel staff and cleanliness. Our room was cleaned every other day. Clean and fresh sheets and towels.

Elevator was always slow and busy due to many floors and a lot of foot traffic. Sometimes you would have to wait 15+ minutes for an elevator. Even if it’s going up. You should get in because it might be the only elevator you’re going to get for a while. The parking was a major deal for us. Since we rented a car, some nights we had to circle around for an open spot Or go as far as parking off site at the Marriott. But even they get full fast. Once they get full. You have to park further down at a public parking garage and then walk back to the hotel. Even thought they take off the night charge for parking. It still sucks you can’t park onsite of the hotel you’re paying for.

Location was excellent. it was near the malls and restaurants and the beach. the room is okay. might be a little cramped but the beds are big. breakfast was okay it was nothing spectacular

I wish the breakfast food tasted better. it was always scrambled egg, wish there was a bit more variation like tomorrow would be sunny side up, the next day would be poached or boiled. i wish the rice was staple everyday.

The breakfast was very nice, although I would have liked for the hours available to have been a little longer. The location was great, near the beach and right across the street from a bus stop! The pool and hot spa pool were great! The assistance with getting a cab to the airport when we left was outstanding!

The room was a bit cramped and had only one electric socket from which we had to unplug the lamp to utilize. Also there was no writing desk, guessing that was because the room was so small. It would have been helpful if the bus schedule and fares were available for us to use.

I loved how clean and extremely kind the staff was! They accommodations were great! The breakfast service was great and I loved how everyday they made the bed and restocked towels! The employees were super kind and generous! With all honesty it was really the best hotel! I will be recommending this place and will be staying here for future stays!

Only thing that I wish they had was Roku connection where I could connect to the tv for Netflix or other services because it was only cable channels available. But it was no big deal other than that everything was excellent!

Hotel was clean and location is great, check-in was quick and easy. Room was a bit smaller for 4 people but that may be due to 2 queen size beds in the room (only hotel we could get that). Complimentary breakfast was great. Staff was terrific, they handled breakfast rush, cleaning and catering with smiling faces.

The bathroom was quite small. We visited during Christmas/New Year holidays which meant too many people, resulting in long queues at breakfast and seating capacity issues.

Service and pepper were friendly and helpful.

Didn’t like that we had to pay for parking extra as guests. Paid 196$ more than I expected. When people close doors they should be told to close them softly not allow them to slam. It was very loud and startling at times. Elevators tool long but that’s because there were so many people arriving at the same times and leaving at same times. Chairs in eating area can be replaced with new ones. Makes the hotel look unkept. Our room was small compared to other hotels we’ve stayed. Bathroom door should be changed to a door that actually locks and not see through. People eating outside should be warned not to leave food unattended or birds will come.

Good location within walking distance to the beaches and shops. The room, although smallish, was modern with great facilities including a safe deposit box. The gym was great, so was the spa but the swimming pool is small for a hotel of this size. The breakfast was good with reasonable choices of food; queue system and staff were very efficient during the busy periods.

Was great to have a free water dispenser at the lobby, but its sensor needs to be fixed as it kept shutting off even though the bottle wasn't full yet.

Breakfast buffet was excellent and so was the pool, hot tub and mini golf area. Location was close to everything and therefore most attractions were in walking distance.

Rooms were quite small and bathroom pace very tight. But the view we had compensated a bit for this along with the fact that we were doing more outdoor sightseeing and hardly in the room.

The location was great. We have traveled to Ohau more than 10 times ;Didn’t know there was a holiday inn in Waikiki. This will be our hotel in the future. The breakfast was superb. Great to have food that include health/heart conscious, which included turkey protein. Cannot say enough on how wonderful the breakfast was.
