I liked that I was asked if I had a preference on which floor I wanted to stay on. I asked to be able to see my car. The receptionist honored my request. Of course the breakfast was awesome!! I liked that the entire building is non smoking. I like that there’s no tolerance of disruption by other people staying at the hotel. Staff removed disruptive people immediately before I was going to notify them. I liked that there’s a little work out room and a laundry room.

I tend to feel uncomfortable that the front door opens and closes automatically, and no one is monitoring who is coming and going in the building through those doors when the receptionist be in the back room which is a safety hazard if an active shooter were to appear. I informed the receptionist that the cover to the remote was missing. The elevator buttons are dirty. It needs a wipe down due to germs. Overall, everything was fine.

The kindness of hotel staff was awesome! I loved that they gave us plenty of fresh towels without us needing to ask every day. The location was perfect. Close to all major shopping, but it's tucked away, so it doesn't feel like you're in the middle of major shopping. The beds here were unbelievably comfortable 10/10!

The breakfast was horrible. It was just egg, sausage, and waffles for hot items. I will say the kitchen was clean and inviting but feel like they can do way more here. On the plus side, craker barrel is within walking distance, so that's what we did. The room we stayed in had mold on the bathroom tub and can benefit from some bleach or new seal around the tub. Some of the outlets in the room were not working.

Great room for price. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Room was in a premium location, close to parking, breakfast, and all amenities (presidential suite). Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room cleaning wasn't offered after the 3rd day, as posted. Trash piled up in our room, and we had to ask for fresh towels and rolls of toilet paper. We tried to keep our room tidy, though. Coffee wasn't very good. Hot tub in room is old, stained and not all jets work properly.

Great breakfast, friendly staff (especially the gentleman that worked the desk on the evenings of Wednesday and Thursday of our stay), the room itself was comfortable and clean.

Despite the hotel’s non-smoking stance, our room and entire floor smelled very highly of cigarette & other smoking options. My family and I are non-smokers, so this was difficult to endure. Had to keep the window open in the room - good thing the temps were in the 40s that week, otherwise that would have also been unpleasant. For some odd reason, a large square-shaped hole was cut into the screen.

I enjoyed the accommodation to upgrade room at no charge due to initial room assignment was not clean. Thank you, Derrick! Also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the beds were extremely comfortable.

This hotel needs some major upgrades. They are really outdated with scuffs on bathroom tubs, cracks in the walls, linens did not appear to be laundered. Lamp shades were really dirty. No back to the remote control and the door locks were annoying as I had to get a new set of key cards 3 times for a 2 night stay.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and if I need anything, I can always call down to the front desk. I really appreciated the quiet time hours in the hotel so I can get a restful sleep. Great location.

Add some bacon with the breakfast.

The Walls are Thin especially if your given a room in the middle of the Floor,they only have Breakfast for 3 Hours in the morning and they don't have Liquid Coffee Creamer just the powder ones

The staff was absolutely wonderful, very polite, and accommodating. They took care of all our needs. The pool area was very clean and had plenty of towels for guest use. Rooms are clean beds were made very nice appearance.

The only negative that I could possibly give it was they need to put more parking spaces near the side entrances or closer I should say.

The hotel was very close to location that we needed to be and the staff was very nice while we were there the facilities were very clean and we had all the amenities that we needed when we ask

The fact that we had to wait weeks and weeks after we checked out for them to refund our deposit. We finally started making calls and they said that it was our bank's fault because I said that it was never sent back to the bank and within 5 minutes of me calling after nearly a month it mysteriously was pending so they don't need to hold withhold people's deposits from them sending it back that's not cool

The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome. The beds were very comfortable.

The washroom door hinges were missing screws that the door was falling. However, the receptionist came herself and went above and beyond to fix it with brown pudding to prevent the door from falling. We appreciate it!
