My issue was not with the hotel. My issue was with booking.com and not reporting my information over to the hotel fast enough. Once I arrive to the hotel, they informed me that I did not have a booking from booking.com and I had to pay twice in order to get a hotel room. It was such an inconvenience.

Very clean, very comfortable, loved the 2 queen bedroom set up, slept great. Room felt & smelled wonderful . Shower pressure and hot water was great. LOVED the shampoo , body wash & conditioner on the bathroom shower wall. It smelled really good.

The hallway carpet and smell was a little off putting but would book here again for sure. Inside the room could use more lighting around the long mirror when multiple people have to get ready.

There was a blonde woman I can’t remember her name, at the front desk, we had asked for hot chocolate and she came out with the works fr . Mugs , spoons , hot water thermos , everything . She’s amazing and deserves a raise

This property needs a jacuzzi. To spend so much on the stay , granted it is pretty the pool was so cold even tho it was heated . I would come back every time definitely if there was a jacuzzi .

The complementary coffee that was offer was terrible it like like mud I need to throw it away . I notice guest doing the same things. They should make good coffee guest that stay there would like a cup before hitting the road . Hilton should offer free continental breakfast especially the rates we paid .

The lady who checked us in... I believe her name was Nancy... went above ad beyond. She was so nice that everything else could have been terrible and we probably wouldn't have even noticed. But fortunately that wasn't the case. Breakfast, in particular was a rare treat. We made sure to talk to the chef after eating to let him know how much we'd enjoyed our meals... and to add a second tip to the jar. It was just that good!

When I booked the room, it was showed that the breakfast is included, but at hotel I have learned that it's not.

The ceiling was not well isolated so it was loud when the guests in the room upstair were walking. Very annoying.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. I was there for a long stay and they made me feel welcome. Facilities were clean and the food was tasty. I appreciated that they had laundry services.

On two occasions maintenance/housekeeping things weren’t attended too, but nothing major

Lobby felt welcoming even with construction in progress. Parking was convenient. Location felt serene since it wasn’t in major thoroughfare. Bathrooms were well designed and above grade quality.

The pillows were all the same feel and too soft. There was no desk lamp however it was easy fix by moving the floor lamp.

The beds were nice very comfortable. Also the bathroom was nice and clean, over all no problems with the hotel room.

The only thing I didn’t like was the food it could have been better.

I couldn't register under booking.com and had to pay out of pocket for my stay after paying booking.com. You should refund my money or I'm considering contacting the Attorney General.
