The property was in a decent location. Included breakfast was good with plenty of options. The front desk staff, Ula, when we checked in was probably the best and most kind, dedicated to guest comfort hotel staffers I’ve ever had dealings with. She called and followed up, made sure there was plenty of towels for use, and went above and beyond even what I could imagine to provide our larger group with the most comfort away from home.

Unfortunately there was an extremely large group of families there with lots of children and no concept of others wanting to use the pool facilities. The pool area/pool itself were extremely filthy. Dirty, exploded diaper material in and out of the pool area. The poor front desk woman could hardly keep up getting more and more towels for them and mopping up the lobby floor because the guests kept leaving the pool area soaking wet! The same guests were the loudest people I’ve ever encountered in a hotel setting. This is mostly out of control of the property but it put a damper on our travel stay as our children didn’t even end up using the pool and we’re pretty disappointed.

Pool was awesome. We stayed there because it was affordable, had breakfast included and had a functioning pool (we called 4 hotels before finding a functioning pool). Breakfast was fine, but the hot stuff was not fresh. In this day and age that was not surprising. However, I think it's better not to have "hot stuff" than to have food in warmer for hours. It just looks bad. But really, hotel was great, breakfast was fine too if you skipped the hot old stuff!

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, room was clean, the housekeeping service was prompt.

We did have to wait a while to check in even though we had the online access in the app, it still at the last minute said to stop at the desk. The power in the hotel did go out right at the last minute of our stay which my husband was unable to finish getting ready for the day

1. Friendly and attentive front desk staff 2. Room size and available amenities 3. Breakfast--I particularly liked that the various warm food choices had the number of calories posted with them 4. Comfortable bed/sleeping area with the ability to screen out the living area

1. While the room was quite good, it would have been nice to have an occasional chair along with the couch. Absent one made seating options limited. 2. The hot breakfast choices was good, but having even one meat selection separate from what was in the omelets would have been a welcomed addition. 3. Location was not really walkable. Given the proximity to nearby shopping and restaurants that would have been nice. Overall, the area where the various hotels are have a bit too much of a corporate/industrial feel 4. In light of 3, a shuttle for guests want to venture out w/o their cars would be a major asset.

The location was great. Breakfast had a variety of options. We liked the breakfast sandwiches, waffles and the coffee. The room was very clean and nice. It came with a little kitchen with a bigger refrigerator and microwave with a dishwasher with dishes. It was the cutest. Although we didn't utilize it, it would be kind of nice for someone that was traveling with family.

The pool was closed!

Hotel is pretty new, so the room and amenities, such as gym, were good.

Breakfast could have been better. Also, so stove top in the room; the skillet and portable stove they offer at front desk is in very bad shape, I would not count on it for cooking.

Arrived early and was able to get into our room no problem. Staff was really nice and our room was very clean and homely. Easy access from the elevator for our older dog when needed. Great overall

Breakfast wasn't the best. Some food gone and we where down early enough to enjoy it.

Let me begin by saying that my family and I stayed here because we were having repairs to our home. My mom is a post surgical bilateral knee replacement patient. The hotel was very accommodating. Martin retrieved a shower chair for her to use during our visit. He also allowed us to check in 30 mins early. This meant so much to me because it gave my mom a chance to rest. The front desk staff ( one young lady I didn't get her name and Jessica) was pleasantly friendly. It was a joy talking with them, and they were all doting over our family dog, Diesel. The was super.comfy and the.linens were so soft. They made us feel special, important, and glad to have us there.

I didn't know I had to inform housekeeping to freshen our room. So, our room didn't get cleaned that first day. This bothered me a little because my mom is a post surgical patient. However, nothing that required me to ser management. I wish we were told this a check-in. The bath tub needs traction they are slippery. We stayed in a handicap room. Maybe consider removing the tub and placing a walk-in shower with a bench. Also, placing the soap and shampoo in a more accessible area when using the shower bench/chair.

Very clean and very attentive staff. Evette, the front desk staff was very polite, accommodating, cheerful, friendly … perfect for the position! She gave a very good first impression.

The bathtub was slippery . One of my friends slipped.

I loved how clean everything was. It smelled nice when you walked in and was nicely decorated. Staff was nice with an easy check-in. The room itself smelled very clean and included a large kitchenette complete with all dishes/dishwasher. There was tons of shelves to organize our things. The bed was super comfortable. My daughter loved the pull-out bed. There was a table in the room, stored under the desk, where we could sit and eat in our room. My husband and I agreed the shower was the first hotel shower that we didn't want to get out of. Water pressure and heat were amazing. Plus, the shower was huge! Although it was cold out, we took time to swim in the pool, mainly due to our daughter's request. It was warmer than I expected and plenty of room even with others there at the same time. I didn't try the gym but it looked nice. Breakfast buffet was definitely one of the best we have had at any hotel. It included a variety of warm breakfast sandwiches, buscuits and gravy, pre-made omelets, cereal, waffles, muffins, yogurt, bagels, toast and a variety of juices/milk. There was also a small market in the hotel that offered things like Tylenol, various drinks, snacks and frozen foods for purchase. The location was great as well. Very easy to get to anything you needed and also quiet at night. Also, plenty of parking close to the main door.
