It's a great place. People are nice. Room was clean and had plenty of space to walk around for the two of us. Great location to find a variety of food options.

The breakfast was a bit iffy one day because they ran out of a lot of things and what was left was not fresh. The second morning was much better though. I will say that as we were leaving they were adding fresh food so we just had bad timing. We have stayed here before, which is why we returned. The room we stayed in the first time was away from the traffic noise. This stay we were on the traffic side and it was noisy.

The room was modern, had many amenities, and was very comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. My son was trying to hook up his Nintendo 64 and we could not find the option to switch to hdmi. My son called the front desk and asked if ithere was a way to switch and he came up to help us twice. He was very helpful. We were grateful.

We loved our room ! The staff was super nice at check in and checking out ! The only thing we didn’t really enjoy was the breakfast. It was served from 7am to 10am , we got down there at 8:30 and there wasn’t anything really left . No yogurt / individual cartons of milk / no pancakes .

Room was wonderful, very clean, bed and pillows were great. Wonderful breakfast and hotel staff was awesome!

No biscuits were ever put out at breakfast after they were all eaten. No milk was put out for cereal, but we had plenty. Coffee was excellent!

Breakfast was very good and they had warm cinnamon rolls which were delicious.

The guy checking us in had a hard time finding our reservation even with the print out of the reservation info I gave him. Maybe he hasn’t worked there long.

When we first arrived the hallway smelled like marijuana. The pool could open a little earlier. There was one single hair in our shower. Beds were a little firm so my liking.

I wish I didn’t have to ask the front desk for towels and linens for the sofa bed when I had made the reservation for 2 adults/2 kids. Out room only had towels for 2 people and no bedding for the sofa bed.

Would have liked a lower nightly rate but what do ya do. Hotel was the only one in the area without reports of bugs, so I was willing to pay.

The included breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. My room was clean and large. Close to Indiana Dunes West Beach.

There was some mold in the shower stall. Not many restaurants near the hotel.

Ran out of breakfast coffee! So had to go to nearby Dunkin! Pool too chlorinated so it was hard to breath and watch kids!
