It was cheap and nice and it was located like 5 minutes away from my family goes every year, Lake Michigan

Well i booked and reserved a room that was supposed to have 2 queen size beds in it but when i got there to check in they didnt have that room. I thought thats why you book it and reserve it so no one else gets that room?

Big suites with two large queen beds, desk, wardrobe. Bathroom was clean with sufficient towels. Kitchen/living area was also sizeable and very comfortable. Cleaning staff were exceptional.

The kitchen didn't have enough bowls and cutlery for the number of people who were on the booking but we didn't stay long enough to need to ask for more. We were warned in advance that the fridge door was opening the wrong way so we knew about that. The only issue was that we arrived back late one night and door code didn't work and it took a few minutes to get a response from the front desk phone number, but that was resolved.

I loved Shannon at the front desk got us in early and when there was an issue with the tub draining they came within 10 minutes! I will definitely stay again.So happy with the room size and location.

Was a,little upset that I didn't being my fur baby because on line it says no pets..but there was plenty of them.

Convenient to work and food. Nice room for the money. full size fridge and microwave.

The road noise was the worst I have ever had in a hotel.

The access stair wells were a bit rough. Could use some paint repairs etc. The toilet seat needed replaced in the room as it was chipped and looked bad.

We’ve been here before, and we love this hotel, only thing bad is we wish we could stay longer. the Roos are so spacious, and the who property is very well kept

Vary spacious, price was good, off the highway , easy to find

Non smoking rooms smelled like smoke, can hear a lot of traffic

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Linens could have been newer but they still were clean just old and stained some

Clean room, all staff you need( kitchen, plates, grill, coffee maker....) very comfortable 2 rooms apartment, backyard..personal 👍🏻
