Breakfast was exceptional. Corned beef hash, scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, plus breakfast sandwiches, bagel bites, and bread and rolls which you could toast.

We arrived in the evening, but not very late, and were told that we would be charged 100 dollars extra, which would be refunded if there was no damage to the room. We are elderly people who rented a handicapped room, not Johnny Rotten. When checking out we were told that they could not provide a receipt as their system was down.

The Hotel was very clean and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool was nice and clean. The gym was very clean and had the right equipment. The parking was safe and clean. Overall the property is well maintained

Housekeeping could have done a better job of ensuring the Shampoo, Conditioner, and body soap dispensers were stocked. I had to find out they were empty while showering. If a room sleeps 6 their should definitely be more than just 2 bath towels. There was no extra blankets for someone to sleep on the pull-out bed.

New hotel with comfortable and nice room and gym. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options. Since I was working in Hammond, the location was great as well.

The only thing I would add to the room is a stove top ; it would have been nice to be able to cook some. The available portable stove in the reception is not that great.

The rooms were cleaned very well shower was warm not as hot I was as I would like very well stocked I love the fact of the bigger fridge and kitchen area breakfast was simple omelettes sausage McMuffins oatmeal cereal yogurt and the usual toast and bagels and fruit the pool area what's a decent area but water was very cold could have been a little bit warmer the fitness area was great many machines love the TV access and the cleanliness of the area the staff was great I love the outside area with a fire pit it was very pleasant I would definitely recommend coming back here and I'm actually looking forward to coming back again very soon

I think breakfast could have been a lot of better maybe a more of a selection wasn't enough variety to choose from for people that might have children or cannot eat certain things and again I wish the temperature of the pool was a little bit warmer when you got out the pool it was cold as well as once you got in but I love the depth and the cleanliness of the area but we had to go to the front desk to get towels but not a problem

The property was very clean and comfortable. The two days that I was there. I saw multiple staff, wiping dusting, vacuuming, so it did help me feel eddies. I am a little bit of a germ, a phobia, the staff, amazing all very courteous, nice helpful for the most part.

The only negative I would give is the day of my check-in, the woman at the front desk, although she was kind seem to be more interested in taking care of gas that walked in after I did so it made me feel a little pushed to the side

Breakfast offered many choices and a charming setting. There were restaurants in the same parking lot. Area seemed safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend. We arrived early for check in and were offered breakfast before even checking in. Still able to check in 3 hours early and room was fully stocked with dishwasher, fridge, stove, etc. Great layout!

breakfast did not offer anything we would want you to eat so did not eat it. would have liked the choice not to have breakfast included in the charge.

We booked the Queen Suite, and it had everything our family of 3 needed. We arrived early; Summer took good care of us on that day and throughout the stay. A hiccup with our room clean was handled well by the manager

The breakfast offering was a bit dull; some mornings only had the cheese omelette, waffles, bread/cereal on offer. I skipped it for half of our 10-day stay.

Cleanliness and comfort. Tracy in the breakfast area was very understanding and apologised that there was nothing offered for those with food allergies.

The breakfast was a HUGE disappointment since I am gluten and dairy intolerant, as are many these days. Except for a piece of fruit, there was nothing I could eat. I had to go back up to the room to get something I had brought with me “just in case.”There is usually something I can get at a decent motel, but not this one.

It was absolutely spotless! The room was incredible and it had an actual kitchen (minus stove). My son loved the pool and they had a fantastic breakfast. It was such an amazing hotel for the price. Right off the freeway with restaurants adjacent make this the perfect spot to stop on a long road trip. Also thanks to Geneva at the front desk for helping us with our 100 requests!!
