We were so impressed with the cleanliness in the entire hotel. Your remodeling was excellent and I loved it. Your breakfast was very good and a good selection. The area for dining was so clean and very organized. We were very happy with your facility and the price was also very good. I feel like we made a great decision to stay there. Location was perfect for us as it was close to all the places we had to go. As an I was in love with your wall paper and the color of your carpet in the room. Whoever decorated did an awesome job. Your staff was all very friendly.

I think your signage at the street level needs improved it is rather hard to see and ie partially covered with a bush or something. The street just kind of pops up. Other than that it was great.

-Convenience for electronics charging by bed…didn’t need extension cord -Elevator…was on second floor but didn’t have to access room by stairs -Available luggage cart -Friendly, helpful staff -Tall toilet 😊

-Few more healthy breakfast choices (lean ham or turkey bacon rather than sausage); possibly larger variety of fruit/veggies -Always looking for better lodging prices for 2 seniors on fixed income…2 nights for almost $300 is a lot to us 🙁

This is our go to hotel when we fly in to visit family. Not the cheapest nor the most costly in the area, but for us it hits the sweet spot as far as location and cost. Lots of stores and reataurants in the area. They were working on remodeling the third floor while we were there. No noise after dark though. The other two floors are scheduled for remodeling as well. Staff are very courteous. They don't provide room service every night. So you might want to ask the front desk what days your room is scheduled for service just so you're aware. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I liked the people, the bed, and the location.

I was disappointed in: The coffee/ it was either out of order or more water than coffee. I had to go out every morning to get thr coffee and bring it back to have it with my breakfast. I bought my own breakfast and ate it in the room each morning. The tv- the remote didn’t work and was from the 1900’s I think. Soo I couldn’t watch tv. The a/c and heat buttons were impossible to push. It was also from the 1900’s. I was either too hot or too cold and so all I wanted to do was turn it off and I couldn’t get the off button to light up and if it did I kept pushing and pushing but it wouldn’t turn off.

Quick check-in. Very accommodating. Above and beyond customer service. the night manager was awesome and personable, he found us a room at the last min across the hall from my father-in-law. Loved the bed.

Price but the service overall made it perfect. Also, I left a dress in the closet by mistake and no one could locate it. Pretty upset bc housekeeping should have checked for left items. It was an expensive dress but was not in the lost and found. If they cleaned and sanitized properly, my dress would be found. I think it was stolen. I called, but lost and found didn't have it so, I think housekeeping kept the dress.

Beds very comfortable staff was very nice and good location

It is a little rundown needs a little cosmetic care here and there and would have liked upon check in for them to mention that no one was going to go in the room to change towels or do anything on the following day of my stay. We got back in evening and everything was the same no beds made and no clean towels 🤷🏻‍♀️it was ok but that they didn’t refresh the room but mentioning it would have been nice so we could have just requested clean towels for the following day 🙂

Comfort Inn was a great value; excellent price, clean room and great breakfast options! We traveled to the area twice from across the country in the previous two weeks due to losses in the family. I wanted to save a little money the second time around. Wow, very pleasantly surprised. We will definitely stay there again if we need a hotel in the area.

No negatives!

I like the ease of being able to check in and check out. The front desk was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was really good. They had waffles, bagels, bread, yogurt, eggs, sausage, bacon on certain days. The rooms were decent size beds were comfortable.

We only ate breakfast one day. It was okay. I like the location of the hotel. Near lots of great places to eat.

We asked for a handicapped room on 1st floor. If we would have had a fire, I would have had no way to get my wife down the steps as she is in a wheelchair.

It was clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was nice, too.

Our door kept sticking. The key would work, but the door wouldn’t open unless we leaned into it. Just a pain. Even after we had it rekeyed.
