The desk attendant ALICIA was amazing her customer service was exceptional. The room we had was near the end exit( which was great because we're smokers and used the door often to go out), the room was sectioned just the way we like. The room was larger than expected! The bed was comfortable, and we got some great sleep!! The hotel is close to many restaurants.

The room definitely needed some TLC. Some updating as far as curtains(they were coming apart at the seams),carpets, microwave, dressers etc. The bathroom could have been cleaned deeper. The tub floor was stained (I recommend using the magic eraser).

John the check-in/ check out clerk was extremely patient, kind and very welcoming. It was so great to see he had worked thru out the night and was still serving the front desk at checking out early the next morning. John is the BEST. It is really true the bed mattress gave me the most wonderful sleep and rest two 👍👍

Still in renovation and repairs . No problem for our overnight stay. Stay was good No Complaints.

The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable.

We didn’t have air conditioning the first night. We did tell the front desk but was told that maintenance couldn’t come until the next day. The day shift manager was great about everything and we had a new air conditioning unit when we got back from our running around.

We found this hotel as a stop for the night while traveling across the country. What a relief to find a very clean, quiet hotel with a warm welcome from the staff at the desk. Is this a destination for vacation? I have no idea, but it sure was a comfy place to rest before heading back to the interstate!

clean , the tub was deep enough for a warm bath, the front desk was very cool cause I booked the wrong date but he helped me

the breakfast was cheap and freeze dried

The stay was overall excellent I enjoyed the bed and the tv was nice clear picture with was worth the money ig the breakfast could definitely be better .but other that that it was fine

The breakfast could be better and also the no spooking rooms should be more available

I didn’t like how my door key kept failing to unlock the door due to it connecting to my Bluetooth in my car.

It was quiet

The bathroom had stuff dripping on the walls. It didn’t feel clean to me. The towels were ridiculously SMALL

The bed was so comfortable, everyone was so nice there was more to the breakfast then just bread bagels and cereal.

There was a musty smell through out the building

The room size was spacious and the hot water definitely got hot. Very comfortable and plenty of room should extra people need to crash over. Missed the breakfast but was a good stay.

There was what appeared to be a stain in the carpet and there was still hair on the shower wall after checking in. Didn't make a fuss, it was easily removed.
