You can not beat the price of this hotel, especially compared to hotels nearby. It was mostly clean, but the carpet could be replaced. It's literally a 2 minute drive to downtown New Buffalo and the beach. The pool and fitness room were open late. Beds and pillows were pretty comfortable to us. We felt safe outside at night.

The carpet needs a good cleaning or to be replaced. It wasn't disgusting, just old and dated. They serve breakfast, but there weren't a lot of options.

I loved the variety of the breakfast. It was set up so conveniently. At check-in the person was very friendly and informative. And we got the price that showed up on our phone. The rooms were very nice.

I wasn’t fond of the pillows. The amount was nice, but the shape of the pillows are awkward. I understand having a couple square pillows, but there should be a couple rectangular pillows as well.

The young lady that greeted us at the reception was very friendly and thorough about explaining the hotel amenities. The breakfast was very good. Only wish they had peanut butter. The bed was comfortable, Overall, everything appeared clean, but the toilet seat didn't match the toilet.

Hotel is a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable. Our room faced the wooded area, so it was quiet. The breakfast was a fairly standard hotel breakfast, again, clean and comfortable

It had snowed so the parking was a bit convoluted, but there was nothing really the property could do about that.

Everything went well. The staff was nice. The building was quiet and clean. The area was nice and I didn't have a problem with checking in or out.

The Bed. my camping mattress is more comfortable sleeping on rocks then the king size bed in our room. literally got up and slept on my camping mattress on the floor that happened to be in my trunk. I don't know how my wife did it.

We drove too late into the night and had to find a room quickly. Hopped on Booking.com and discovered this gem. Stellar experience. Room was sparkling clean and very comfortable.

If I absolutely had to pick something, I didn’t like I would say the soap didn’t lather well.

The woman who checked us in acted like she would rather be doing something else. The next morning during breakfast, someone spilled a bowl of cereal and the same employee sat and watched while the customer cleaned it up. Then she locked the doors to the breakfast room at 9:57. I don't think waiting 3 more minutes would've caused her any great inconvenience. Not a major problem, but it's the little things.

Everything was pretty clean, and staff was very nice.

The group that was outside at the table, smoking marijuana with small children in their presence. The table was way too close to the entry, going in and out of the motel.
