The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, clean area and the woman taking care of it was super nice. They had a few games available to play which was great because our grandson stayed a night with us and we had a blast playing Guess Who. My husband and our grandson went swimming. The pool area was clean and the water temp comfortable. Our stay was wonderful. We will be coming to town to see our grandchildren often and we will definitely stay at this location.

There was really nothing that disappointed us during our stays.

Front Desk experience, the two Caucasian males couldn't find my reservation in the system..The Caucasian female was successful in locating it after considerable effort. I was beginning to feel an African American male was not welcome at this location.

Thw stuff was super friendly and very helpful! Our room was comfy and had a slight lake view which was beyond what I thought our view was going to be! Will be coming back if I have an event up around this area!

There wasn't anything I didn't like!

It’s conveniently located directly across the street from Pine Lake and Unity Park. Great place to sit and watch the boats, (some can be rented), or the sunset! We also saw fireworks from Fox Park, outside our window!

There were some areas in our room that were not clean. The bathroom floor had obvious sticky, round splatters on the floor and the air unit in the room had something orange / brown dried on it. We were in room 209.

The hotel, was in a great location, just across from Pine lake. From our room we could view the lake and marina. It was very clean and the staff member was friendly I would visit again. Also the fees were very reasonable

Clean and close to everything.

There is not a lot of insulation between the rooms or floors so you hear everything from other people’s rooms if they are loud.

Very clean, nice facility, great breakfast. Staff were extremely courteous.

Not their fault, but the people across the hall were very rude and constantly keep me awake and yelling and screaming. They had kids that were running up and down the hall.

The breakfast was great - lots of good options and very clean!

I didn't love that the laundry was on the top floor but it was great to have access to it regardless.

This hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet, with spacious, updated rooms. The staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is great. The location is across the road from a lovely lake.

The hotel rooms, staff, breakfast and location were all excellent. We also appreciated being able to cross the road to walk along lovely Pine Lake. Thanks so much for a great stay!
