I thought it was a great place to stay! It was a perfect location, right in the middle of everything. Close to the beach, but also close the the businesses as well. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The kids had the best time in the pool. We had a mess in our bed (self-made) the housing staff was very accommodating and helped get us knew sheets immediately and even offered to make the bed up for us. We ended up doing it ourselves because I felt so bad but it was very sweet.

The only issue we had, they ran out of towels while we were there so we couldn't shower unless we ran out to Walmart and bought clean towels. It was not conventional, as we expected clean towels at a hotel, but it was not terrible, as everything else was perfect during the stay there.

The property was nice! Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good- they had waffle makers which was a nice treat for me- most hotels I’ve stayed at don’t have those.

The traffic was pretty bad to get back onto the main road during peak times, but otherwise we had no issues. You couldn’t hear the traffic at the hotel thankfully!

Breakfast was ok. Not great. Staff awesome.

The only thing that was weird was no one came to clean our room the whole time. We had a lot of trash- since we had our puppers. We ordered take out and took it back to our room. Otherwise. Place was great!

We really enjoyed our stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Great toiletries, freshly cooked breakfast and coffee available 24 hours. Small but well priced drinks and snacks to purchase. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I had trouble with was the outlets holding charging devices, that needs to be fixed but may have been that room only.

The breakfast was awesome with a huge selection and all of it was very good. The room (suite) was extremely well laid out & very comfortable. The location is great with everything you could want right nearby. The entire staff from check in, (Stormy was exceptionally helpful) to housekeeping were friendly & the most genuinely helpful I've ever encountered. This hotel is managed very well. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The shower water fluctuated between very hot & cold, and it was during the middle of the day. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom or it didn't work. Now, for just better creature comforts, the trash can liners were too small & sooo thin they don't even work. One larger trash can needed in the room for the guests take out food containers to fit in. There needs to be 2 simple hooks put in the bathroom to hang the towels or your clothes. A nightlight in the bathroom would be very helpful.

Front desk ,Jennifer, was beyond helpful, welcoming, & friendly!

We went to breakfast at 9:30 & most things were empty. It would nice to still have food till 10am when it ends.

The trim had dead flies in the window seal and the bathroom door was dangerous. I cut my finger trying to close the bar door. it slides past the bathroom and my finger got pinched between the door & wall. ( Could have been much worse) so I had to warn the others in the room to be careful when sliding the bathroom door closed. could be very dangerous for a child!! The hot tub was not available.

Location was good. Good within walking distance.

It was a little pricey compared to other same hotels but I’m a member so we stayed with Hampton. The front desk gal was a little unfriendly. We interrupted her smoke break when we pulled up.

The hotel was fine, employees were polite and helpful. However I will not use Bookings.com again. Had good luck in past but the price for this hotel was riidiculous. I saw a much lower price the day before we left and they would not honor it without jumping through hoops. I'm 78 years old, I don;t know how to download etc any of the computer stuff they wanted. They make it difficult enough you just give up. The hotel gave us a better price for the first night. I trusted Booking..com for the best rate and they have done so before. Big failure this time and won't be using them again.

The front of desk in room was sticky with something I had to work really hard to remove. Room was very clean except for that.

Breakfast was wonderful, staff was friendly and helpful. Room were clean, heating for the room was good.

Trash baskets in the rooms need replace some of them are rusting in the bottom and the phones should be update so you can read the services that are offered.
