Staff was helpful and friendly, check-in and check-out was quick and easy through the website. Room was spacious, mini-fridge kept our stuff cold. I was able to sign in to Netflix on the TV through the Smarthings app on my phone, that was pretty great!

Coffee machine in the room was filthy. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. I stayed 2 nights and had to go to Walmart across the street for a decent pillow because my neck hurt so bad from the 1st night.

The young man whom checked me in went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival. I let him know that we were in town for a funeral and he expressed his condolences for our family and told me that the room was not ready at that time and that if I wanted to leave my number then he, or whomever worked on the next shift could call me when our room was ready. I didn't make it half a block away when he called me back to let me know that he could in fact accommodate our early arrival. I don't recall exactly what his name is but he was awesome, very friendly and over-all just a pleasant person leaving me with a pleasant check in on an already stressful day.

The Staff was very nice to me She called me in my room if i need something or if i like my room and when ever something is disturbing me i can call her, she will fix it ! Never in my entire life did a hotel threat me that special. It was a nice and welcoming hotel The facilities were also very good And the price was very very good for that hotel ! I can highly recommend this hotel 👌 10 out of 10

It was very clean. Appeared to be newly renovated. The room and bathroom were both large. The bed was comfy. Everything I wanted was there. The furnishings were good and nothing in the room was weird like in some hotels in this price range who seem to have kept old lamps or chairs or have dirty carpet. And the window opened to let fresh air in. And the staff was friendly and also professional and normal. We felt safe there.

The only thing I didn’t like was the complimentary breakfast ended at 9 am. I would have preferred 10 am

We were there for a baseball tournament. Very friendly staff and good location. Breakfast was good lots of choices. The rooms were clean and a good size. Loved the window seat above the air conditioner.

The elevator was very noisy a little scary but never stopped working. We were on the 2nd floor. There was no ice machine on that floor so the first floor machine was out of ice everyday. I think you should put an ice machine on the 2nd floor . The pool is very small.

Breakfast wasn't great I would go to Sophia's down the road. Convenient location Walmart across the street. Staff is amazing. Kimberly went up and beyond to take great care of us . Pool was freezing. No weights in the workout room. Only bike and treadmill

The hotel was excellent. The staff for the most part was good. The room was modern and extremely clean. There was plenty of coffee in the room.

The hallway of the second floor smelled like someone was smoking weed. Once we got to our room And opened the curtains and what do we see. A young family smoking pot out by their car. Not that big of a deal until their kids crawled out of the car window and began running around the parking lot and climbing on cars. Then they loaded up their family and left. They actually stayed there and were not a problem. The ac in the room did not turn off, you couldn't adjust the settings or turn it down. All the controls were broken and after about 45 minutes it was to cold to be comfortable. The front desk claimed they couldn't do anything so my wife took the cushion off the little couch thing to block the air.

The location was perfect for the trip I was making, close to restaurants, the beach, and the parking worked for a small travel trailer I was pulling. The evening clerk, Julia, was very helpful and I enjoyed me interaction with her. She got permission for me to park in a convenient parking slot for my exit in the morning.

No way to adjust lighting…. Either super bright or off! I think we had booked a king but was given a queen

The bed was amazing, breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly.

The pool was not heated and you could t stay in the water very long at all. Very disappointing to a 10 yr old.
