Love the breakfast, many choices and food was hot and well maintained. Lobby was clean and spacious. Room was clean and comfortable.

We went to the indoor pool wanting a relaxing time outside of our room. The water was, hot and so was the pool room. Too hot to swim, like bath water, not refreshing at all and the room was so hot you couldn't sit in there as it was hard to breath.

Easy access from the highway- Room was great- lots of pillows. Very clean. The continental breakfast was superb. I didn’t use the exercise room, BUT, it was loaded with some nice work out equipment.

The pool room needed some attention- there was green algae growing on the windows- and the sides of the pool needed to be scrubbed down.

This facility is new, bright, clean & convenient to the nearby major hospital in the area! The staff is nice AND the rooms are laid out in an efficient & traveler-oriented manner! I’m retired now, but spent years of my professional career in hotels around the country, and this is a traveler’s delight! Great bed, lots of outlets & charging stations, nice lighting, good shower, and plenty of other comfort & convenience features.

I think the facility is overpriced for a Holiday Inn Express in a minor Midwest location. I enjoyed everything about my stay, but $150+ per night in Michigan City, Indiana is a bit extreme, in my opinion. I was there, unfortunately, due to family admitted in the nearby hospital, which is about three minutes away. The location is fantastic, the hotel & hospital are both new & top-notch, but the price is probably a bit opportunistic?

This hotel was really clean the staff was awesome was able to check in early and they went above and beyond to make our stay nice they have a pool and a fitness center and only able to enter with room key card

I myself have a fake leg and the bathrooms in the room could use a little more to help when in the shower they are slick and can fall easy and could use something to hold when exiting she shower so u do not fall as the tile is slick when wet

Debbie was in charge of the preparation and customer service of the breakfast area for my weekend stay. She was very attentive to me and family needs. Very Courteous and kind, the breakfast area was clean, and we were treated very kindly. The breakfast was also prepared to perfection.

The convenient location

The room rate along with a huge patch in the bathroom ceiling where there was an apparent leak from the floor above that had not been sanded and repainted before renting the room. Also the blind/shade in the room was not in optimal working order.

Excellent service from friendly staff! The breakfast was awesome with so many choices, my kiddos ate different things just about every day. The hotel was close to whatever you wanted to do in Michigan City and still afford you the quiet to rest without all the highway noise. Everything was super clean and neat when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was spacious for the 3 of us. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Not enough towels or wash cloths in the room. Disappointed that because I booked through 3rd party I didn't receive any IHG rewards

Nice and clean. Lots of parking space. I liked that the pool is less than 5 ft deep, my son was able to move around it without me worrying that he’d accidentally go into a deeper part. Breakfast was also very good.

It would be nice if there’s an outdoor space where we can sit and eat breakfast during a nice weather, but not a big deal.

The rooms were clean, there was a pool, and the breakfast was yummy.

The soap pump was attached to the wall, so my little kids could not reach the hand soap.
