The staff was nice and it was mostly clean!

It was relatively clean! I was surprised to see that just after the housekeeping was just in the hallway cleaning rooms, that the hallway wasn’t swept! And I realized that are floors were exceptionally dirty bc after a shower I walked w semi wet feet around my room and got dirty feet again from the floor! Just because it looks cleanly swept, doesn’t mean it is clean! Our room needed mopped b4 we came in! The deodorant spray was so much in the room I had to open both patio door and entrance room door to air out the room from the toxic fumes!

The pool was definitely a highlight for us. We also loved the fact that we could set the AC to as low as we needed & it would stay cold after a day out in the sun. The employees were always nice & helpful with whatever we needed. Check-In was super fast since we did it online (which I recommend doing) & we were all set.

A couple things in the bathroom were broken & we did find a couple bugs on the floor as well.

My husband and I were very pleased with Everything! Breakfast was very good, lots of choices in different foods as well as beverages. Very accommodating to us during our stay and the room was very clean! We was offered a room with a balcony put preferred a room on ground level and this was no problem at all. We even had access to the swimming pool! It was a very nice hotel at an exceptional price! We even had no problem at all getting our deposit back, absolutely no hassle! Thank you for one less thing to worry about 😊

Nothing that I can think of at this time. Everything was excellent.

I really like this hotel, it was a last minute booking for me and my husband & it was a smooth check-in. The beds were really comfortable, rooms were clean, and staff were really friendly. Nice hotel for a cheap price. I was surprised it was so nice to be honest.

The only thing we didn't like was the tv didn't work

Bathroom need cleaned better,toilet had black all over inside wasn’t clean! Did go to front desk and took care of it right away! Was under re modeling! Fresh paint but sloppy work! Bathroom floor dirty had corn chips on bathroom floor we didn’t have! Cost of one night high! Didn’t like no coffee pot in room!!!

Great central location. Lots of restaurants in the area. The room was nice, and the bed comfortable.

They were on the middle of installing new carpet on the floor we were on. The desk clerk didn’t even mention it. We were having to walk around and over the workers. Also no air was on in room. It didn’t cool down until almost midnight.

Relaxing, yet in the heart of shops and restaurants.

There really wasn’t anything I disliked. It is going thru some renovations, however nothing that was disturbing to me in anyway.

Everything was really good. Staff breakfast and location was close to everything.

Not enough time on vacation. Wasn't long enough.

It was a comfortable king suite for a fair price and i liked that it was close to various locations just in case i needed something at night. And they had a clean pool with a hot tub.

The gym was not open, 1 out of 2 tv's were functioning.

The stay was very good the staff was very friendly the property was clean.

The water pressure and the toilet was very low and very weak the bathroom tub needed to be cleaned
