Convenient location

We booked this room with Booking on 4/23/24. My confirmation says King Bed. We were given 2 double beds. The hotel said they showed these accommodations from Booking.com. They were sold out and my wife and I were disappointed, especially since this was a birthday surprise. I will book directly with the hotel on my next stay and not use your App.

The location was in very close proximity to the event we were going to. The carpeting throughout the place appeared to be new. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The water pressure was not the best for a shower but we made it work. Sound travels through the doors which could be annoying depending on the time of day. Possibly going to solid core doors would solve that problem. Neither problem would keep us from staying there again.

The property was clean and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was absolutely beautiful.

The only issue I have with the property is that it snowed the day before and no one plowed the street leading from the main road to the hotel. Not the biggest deal.

CLOSE TO THE CASINO . BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING

Lobby and elevator had big chunks of dirt from someones shoes. No one cleaned it our entire stay. Shower trickled out. No water pressure.

The Location is convenient to the casino. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and roomy. We didn't use the pool or gym but it was nice that they were available.

Maybe lower the prices of the drinks and snacks available to guests.

The staff was excellent! Our room was very clean and spacious! Great location for visiting friends in nearby New Buffalo and Three Oaks!

We stayed in room with double queen beds. The queen bed nearest the door has a very worn out mattress that leaves you feeling as though you are sleeping on a board. Breakfast time was too short... only a two hour window for a Saturday morning.

The room was clean and very well maintained, I loved the extra touches, like the makeup removing wipes and the hand sanitizer for the remote control, breakfast was good and well stocked, pool was nice, lobby and over all building was very clean and nice… four winds casino is 5 min away with the best buffet around…….would definitely stay again

I liked the location and we were in close proximity to Blue Chip Casino in Michigan City, Indiana.

The breakfast hours need to be extended to at least 10:30am. You should have a small griddle for customers to make pancakes and eggs. I do not care for powdered eggs. They have a distinctive taste that I do not like.

Under construction..but I would definitely recommend.

Trouble with tv in sitting room. Maintenance was not able to fix it.

Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast! There was hot sausage and fresh eggs. The room was nicer than I thought it would be based off of the pictures. The staff was friendly and checkin and checkout was simple and quick.

The pool was open but very cold.
