My husband and i needed to stay while our house was being renovated and prepped for our move in. The awesome and friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. They make sure you get all that you need during your stay, including very friendly and welcoming front desk and housekeeping staff. Someone is always available to assist you in all capacities. The hotel is clean, and continental breakfast is offered, laundry facilties, and whatever you need to make your stayvawesome.

My husband and I had absolutely no complaints

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept well. Given, the room is very limited, no dishes , not many towels and so forth, but every time I reached out to the front desk I was given what I requested without hesitation or a wait. Very close to the mall, restaurants, shopping areas such as Sam’s, Walmart, Meijer, Dollar Tree and several other grocery stores.

The room is outdated with a few nicks here and there but it was clean. They don’t really have a breakfast to me. It’s like a morning grab and go snack. And with housekeeping not coming daily, it would be nice to have more towels available in the room. It sucks there is no gym, but if you have a planet fitness membership, there is one 3 minutes away.

So, the basic concept of Extended Stay America is that it's a regular hotel room, with a kitchenette, which makes longer term stays more comfortable and economical. I wasn't a long term guest but it is nice to have a bigger and more powerful fridge. This room was in good condition and looked to have been recently renovated. It was clean. Bed was fine. Shower was a little lukewarm but adequate. The rate was good value. I asked for a quiet room and got one. Staff were nice enough. There are some sketchy people around this interchange, but I personally didn't have any problems. The breakfast was VERY basic (coffee and granola bar) but it got the job done. Hey, if you put the cocoa mix and creamer in your coffee, you've got a free mocha latte, baby!

You can tell the hotel has been there a while in certain areas, like the door handles were a little beat up; as a whole the facilities were in good condition though. And yeah, if you want a blinged out free breakfast this is not really the place.

Very nice staff, quiet hallways, close to mall, stores and dining areas, had things readily available when asked such as toaster, chopping board, more towels, someone was always cleaning in the hallways daily.

The breakfast choices and no gym

It was okay. Breakfast was very limited in choice, with instant oatmeal only hot food available. Muffins, snack bars were available too. More like for pick up and go meal. I stayed because of a great deal for the room otherwise I could not afford normal pricing… Enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you…..

Only one baggage cart available for guests..

Very clean great place for a family stay it had a full size fridge a sink hot plate and microwave. Small eating area the bed was great. Wish the air had been a little more quieter. But it wasn’t bad. Over all it was a very good stopover. Good area for food and shopping. I would recommend it.

Mattresses are firm, decent Microwave and Refrigerator, Value for the room,They go By Booking.com for rates while continuing to stay there

Lack of True Breakfast, Housekeeping personnel too eager to clear the person's belongings in the room while they're still registered quests

The staff were helpful & accomodating. Special kudos to JOE at the front desk who was patient & took time to explain things to us & was responsive to all of our questions!

The aroma in the lobby & hallways. Need to use a more fragrant & pleasing aroma.

Spacious rooms and kitchenette

No housekeeping there should be a dust mop or swifter wet to keep floors clean when you stay more than 3 days ESPECIALLY if the weather is wet.

Location is Great, value is good

Breakfast is only a snack and shouldn’t be advertised as breakfast but a morning coffee and muffins.
