The desk staff were very kind. I thought it was a nice and inviting touch that the TV had "welcome Sarah" on it as a screensaver. The room was minimalist which I really appreciated. I personally think having a dresser or armoire I think is pretty useless, I have never used them when traveling. The hotel and room were very clean. I felt safe knowing and seeing there were cameras everywhere. There were plenty of electric and USB outlets. They were placed where they would be most used. I will definitely go out of my way to stay in a Tru again.

I gladly share my review about this hotel. First, I must say that Annette at this hotel is the kindest, most outgoing, warm hotel server I have ever experienced. Each day she greeted me with a warm smile and asked how everything was going. Tru Hilton should give Annette a promotion to Hospitality Manager! The hotel was very clean and there were always people cleaning it - in the food area, hallways, and rooms. The food assortment at the front desk was great - healthy and lots of protein, which I like. There were also yummy snacks like candy and chips, which I also like :) The front desk person was very kind. I never felt like I was putting anyone out or a burden. All the people, from the service man (who helped fix my remote) to Annette who always had a warm, welcoming smile, were absolutely the best. 10, 10, 10 on this great hotel! Thank you, everyone!

Friendliness of the staff, vibrant decor, comfortable bed, fridge in the room, iron and ironing board in the room. Good for a one night stay.Welcome gift of water and snacks.

Lack of closet and drawers for clothes. The rod for hanging clothes was over a shelf that was above the fridge, so it was not ideal for long clothes. Pets were not restricted to certain floors or rooms. Therefore, there was no guarantee that guests with allergies could stay in a pet free zone.

We weren’t expecting the staff to be so bubbly and friendly—easily the nicest we’ve encountered on our trip. The automatic pancake maker was a fun surprise, and according to my wife and kids, those were the best pancakes they’ve ever had. The beds were comfortable, and the room itself felt surprisingly spacious.

We should have booked our other two nights in Indianapolis there instead

When we first arrived to check in , the lady went over everything and answered our questions. Very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We were greeted by Annette ( I believe that was her name) when we walked up To get breakfast, she explained what was what .She had a great bubbly personality! This is our half way stop coming from Wisconsin to visit family in Ohio. We will definitely be back! 😊

Breakfast was very good and a good selection of breakfast items to choose from. I loved the fact that it had wood floors. That is a plus for people with allergies . I also love the decor of the hotel. The laundry room was a plus also. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Friendliness & Welcoming Environment. Liked all of the outlets in room and quiet and room darkening shade. Annette's hugs and care a breakfast are prett special too. Shower head could be better (more water pressure).

I would have liked to use the elecric charger in front parking lot but didn't feel like figuring it out on a rainy night.

Wow!!! This place is very clean and the staff is very friendly when I read the reviews I was skeptical that this place was in 9.5 range after staying I now know why.. they actually do care and go out of their way to to make you feel secure and happy.

I’m honestly not able to find anything that was bad and trust me I was looking for something.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. It was a good selection of choices. The coffee taste really good. I enjoyed being able to watch the morning news while eating breakfast.

I should have been told my bill total. Not just "we can email it or give you a paper copy. I person should always know what they paid for and not be surprised when the bill arrives.

Very friendly and helpful staff with a brand new building. Having an extra staff on overnights to clean the elevators, bissell the carpets, and wipe glass windows/doors might help with now and in the long run. Otherwise, everything was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows.
