I gladly share my review about this hotel. First, I must say that Annette at this hotel is the kindest, most outgoing, warm hotel server I have ever experienced. Each day she greeted me with a warm smile and asked how everything was going. Tru Hilton should give Annette a promotion to Hospitality Manager! The hotel was very clean and there were always people cleaning it - in the food area, hallways, and rooms. The food assortment at the front desk was great - healthy and lots of protein, which I like. There were also yummy snacks like candy and chips, which I also like :) The front desk person was very kind. I never felt like I was putting anyone out or a burden. All the people, from the service man (who helped fix my remote) to Annette who always had a warm, welcoming smile, were absolutely the best. 10, 10, 10 on this great hotel! Thank you, everyone!

When we first arrived to check in , the lady went over everything and answered our questions. Very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We were greeted by Annette ( I believe that was her name) when we walked up To get breakfast, she explained what was what .She had a great bubbly personality! This is our half way stop coming from Wisconsin to visit family in Ohio. We will definitely be back! 😊

Wow!!! This place is very clean and the staff is very friendly when I read the reviews I was skeptical that this place was in 9.5 range after staying I now know why.. they actually do care and go out of their way to to make you feel secure and happy.

I’m honestly not able to find anything that was bad and trust me I was looking for something.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. It was a good selection of choices. The coffee taste really good. I enjoyed being able to watch the morning news while eating breakfast.

I should have been told my bill total. Not just "we can email it or give you a paper copy. I person should always know what they paid for and not be surprised when the bill arrives.

Very friendly and helpful staff with a brand new building. Having an extra staff on overnights to clean the elevators, bissell the carpets, and wipe glass windows/doors might help with now and in the long run. Otherwise, everything was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows.

Breakfast was very good. The grits were awesome. Your staff member Annette made me and my husband feel welcome. This is the only Hotel I have been in lately that was friendly, and the staff was very welcoming.

My wife and I loved the area and the decor of the hotel,the staff was very very very very nice ,our room.very comfortable and the upkeep of the hotel was superb!!!! The breakfast did not disappoint.We would definitely choose the Tru when we step back in town again.

There wasn't anything not to like.

Cleanliness, decor, room were all good. The woman who checked us in was super friendly and kind.

Could hear literally every move the upstairs neighbor made. When housekeeping was in there the following morning they were SO LOUD. It woke me up and kept me up after a very long night of driving.

Clean, everything new in facility. Staff were nice, breakfast was fire! The cook was so sweet, seemed like she really enjoyed her job.

No storage in room, No closets, no drawers, no microwave in room. Had to go to lobby to microwave food which sucked. The snacks were overly priced.

I didn't like the fact that I had 2 rooms reserved and they were on 2 different floors, I asked after arrived If I could get them both on the same floor and was told no. one room was on 2nd floor and the other on 4th floor. I booked them at the ssame time.
