I loved the staff - from the lady at the front desk to the hotel maids. They are friendly and professional. Breakfast was great - lots of variety. Liked the location with respect to the highway, but wasn't there long enough to access local restaurants. My daughter liked the swimming pool - clean and quite decent size

There were three things. 1. There was parking left when we arrived at 2.00am, but only a few. You would be fine if you checked in at a reasonable time, but they are always potential delays and you don't want to deal with parking if you are late. 2. The hotel was in a more industrial area of town, but the hotel and rooms were well insulated against outside noise. 3. We felt that the walls between the rooms could be less thin. We could sometimes hear noises from the room next door.

The property is brand new so that made it amazing immediately. It was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the location was pretty close to the venue. I was going to for an event.

It was kind of difficult to find since it is a brand new property, but I don’t think that’s necessarily the hotels fault. The front desk staff was distracted and sent me to a room that was booked by someone else. I walked in the room and saw clothes and shoes all over the place and I was really happy that I didn’t walk in on something I didn’t need to see. When I came back down, the staff was again distracted and didn’t appear concerned that I walked into someone else’s room.I didn’t think she had the greatest customer service. She was young and just didn’t seem like she cared much.

Friendly staff, especially in the kitchen at breakfast (like sooooo friendly and welcoming!). The rooms were a good size and well kept. It was peaceful and we felt safe.

I’m a stickler for clean bathrooms and it was mostly clean. Could have been a bit cleaner though. I immediately saw hair strands from a previous guest. A second look would’ve let the cleaning staff see the need to sweep/mop/rinse the shower and floor more carefully.

New and upcoming area so plenty to choose from as far as food or shopping, clean, friendly staff, nice and spacious rooms

There was an issue with the elevator button on the first floor, however the staff was very apologetic and would accommodate by opening the elevator door from the other side.

My stay was wonderful! Everything from the room to the cleanliness of the hotel to the fitness to the breakfast and all staff encountered was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay away from home!

It is overall very nice , clean and very new . It is even a bit ‘too new ‘ and giving a feeling of a place without soul - I recommend to try to add a small personal touch to give a soul to this place ( green plant ? Painting decoration in the entrance ? …

Monica provided exceptional customer service upon my arrival. The room was very spacious. The pool provided a nice place to cool down on a hot day. The gym had a nice variety of equipment. The breakfast area was nice and spacious.

Check in employee was extremely pleasant and helpful. The facility was clean and seem to be on point. I would only say beds a little small but most definitely what was needed us to relax and swim with my kids.

No complaints.

Clean, friendly staff, excellent shower pressure. Breakfast could use improvement; coffee was very weak (not robust, lacked aroma). Maybe add pastry to morning menu. Otherwise, pleasant stay.

It was clean the staff was nice the food and drinks at the bar were nice.

I didn’t like the fact that guest were allowed to bring their pets into the dining area over the breakfast
