It was close to where I needed to stay. It was also cheap and accepted pets
The fact that I had to pay an extra $50 for my pet when it didn't say that online or anything like that. Also the guy behind the desk was impossible to understand what he was saying and he was rude.

No breakfast was offered
Wanted walk-in shower and shower seat for disabled person. This was the type of room I asked for. There was a shower stall with a grab bar. Air conditioning filter was filthy and needed changed according to message on unit. No carpeting on the floors. No hair dryer or closet .
