Staff were excellent. Room clean. Bed and pillows were wonderful. Convenient location. For a budget hotel and a place to sleep, it was good.

Not much signage on road for the hotel. Lot going behind the bar needs potholes filled. Hotel needs some TLC. My room had some minor damage - looked like someone had punched the bathroom door. Lots of lighting in room, but they were on a timer and would turn off after 15 minutes. Window in breakfast area cracked. Not many breakfast choices. A toaster with some bread, butter and peanut butter would go a long way.

Staff was amazing! Very friendly and respectful! Carol was very helpful. There was another lady there when I arrived I needed a vase and she couldn't find one. When I went back down for some bags she gave me a pitcher I found this to be amazing she really went out her way to find me something to put My roses in. My room was cleaned & comfortable. The distance was not to far from the beach & riverwalk. Great location. Most definitely will consider booking here again.

I didn't like that the dryer on the 3rd floor don't work. Used $4 and it didn't dry my clothes. Didn't like that my first night my neighbors had a fight amd kept us up for hours. There is no phone in the room to contact front desk. So I had to go thru booking to call and let them know all the ruckus from 12-3 am.

Staff was all super friendly, shower pressure was good, water got nice and hot, fridge worked good, air conditioner worked amazingly, they have washer and dryer, don't update flyers for restaurants but JJS pizza was amazing only 4mins away, beaches within close range of hotel.

The smell was awful, the sheets had stains, the set up of the room didn't make sense, super small tv, phone didn't work, didn't have enough towels or blankets for a group of 5 we had to ask for more. They only give 1 little bottle of shampoo, they didn't replace a bag in the trash can when they took trash, says breakfast all they had was hunny buns, oatmeal and cereal, ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floor didn't work had to go to 1st floor, flyer still hanging with Oyo coming soon, beds was hard and un-comfortable, have the bottom plugs didn't work in our room, the light above the 1st sink by the door didn't work, lamp bulb on vanity table was completely broke out of the socket.

I liked how big and comfy the rooms were! Nice for my family and I to stay for the night passing through! Good price! Would stay again!

I didn't like how the AC wasnt on till I turned it on it was 81 when we got in the room, it was a little outdated funiture and decor wise but that was fine with us since it was comfy and we have kids(we cant have nice things anyway haha) and the wifi didn't work well but other than that it was a good stay for us thanks!

The staff are excellent and the hotel is very good for its budget. It offers a small selection of assortments at breakfast and has very decent rooms as well.

My main gripe would be the hotel's location as it's literally hidden behind a bar area, not to mention the entrance to the road to the back is easy to miss and there is no light to help illuminate that there is an entrance to lead you to the hotel, much less a sign by the road to advertise itself as a hotel.

The hotel is quaint & clean, with friendly staff. The room was clean and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was very appreciated, since it is absent usually at hotels at this lower price point. It was very limited, but there was enough to get me going.

The breakfast could use a bit more protein, and better options for the donut.

The room was clean and tidy. There was a refrigerator and enough pillows for my liking. Check in was smooth and the parking lot was well lit. There are enough restaurants and bars nearby even in walking distance. I feel it was a great value as well.

It was outdated but doable. The bed could be comfier. Also the breakfast options were enough but sort of lacking. I suggest some juice or yogurt.

The customer service here is beyond incredible. I believe her first name is Darlene (pretty sure saw it on invoice) was helpful and attentiveness. She provided me with directions to places and pleasantly reset my cards. Additionally she assisted me in printing my national park pass that I did not realize needed to be printed.

The location next to the interstate and Indiana Sand Dunes National Park was excellent for the hiking adventures my dog and I went on. There is a big field behind the property to walk you dog around. Excellent location and nice staff. The room was spacious! Great price!

The rooms were a bit dated and not always super quiet but for price and hiking trip this was perfect.

I liked it for what it was. It's not a luxury hotel. We used it as a place to sleep and we were out and about all day till bed time.

The breakfast was the only thing I didn't care for. I don't feel that honey buns and yogurt count as a breakfast offering. But other than that it was good.
