The building physically fits right in to the adjacent business and looks very well kept. I LOVE the staff and they more than positively represent the Wyndham Brand as well as their just down right understanding non-judgnental people! Jon,Margret, Bridget,Stacy ( being the Frontline representatives, they don't just "do their jobs" ,but they go above and beyond and then some. I don't know what method or hiring formula was used to employ this particular group of people who do thankless, tiring jobs both day in and out, but I'd keep using it. I will be so bold to say that these employees in particular are the sole reason this particular property earns a revenue and is a outstanding representative of the Wyndham Brand.

Absolutely nothing.

It was very quite able to sleep didn't hear no outside noise. I also liked the all night Dennys located in your parking lot. I like that it was so close to the Hard Rock Casino and definitely the price I was charged.

The beds were way to high. I couldn't get in bed I had to sleep on the floor. There also wasn't a hand rail to get in or out of the tub or any handicap parking so I had to walk quit a distance to get to room

My family and I were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and clean the room was, breakfast was totally adequate and pool was very fun!

The one bad thing was that the pool didn't open until 10 am so we only got to use it for the evening before we left.

Nice clean room, comfy bed - Everything we were looking for after a long day on the road as a pit stop for the night. Only 7 minutes to Vancouver Airport which was very handy for our flight out of the country the next day. Friendly and helpful check in staff. The included breakfast was good. Plenty of well lit and safe parking available.

my hallway smelled like Marijuana smoke when you opened the door from the outside. that was not welcoming at all. and made me feel like I should have been offered a smoking room if people can smoke weed in a hotel why can’t I smoke cigarettes inside. not right

Place worked great for what we needed when going to Indiana dunes beach. 3 miles away.

Loud music all night on the first night but not the hotel’s fault

The staff is very helpful and nice

The only problem was the TV kept turning off and asking to reenter the access code or internet code like every 30 mins to watch tv

Location../it’s close to everything

The pool was closed and couldn’t use it. The WiFi was so slow…you could barely Watch tv in the room bc of slow internet.

when they said complimentary breakfast I thought it included coffee juice

I liked that the front desk person moved me to a bottom floor room.

The bed was uncomfortable, I could tell it was really old.
