Great property. Would happily go there again. Terrific pools including hot pool and kids pool. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, we went to the Indiana Dunes. Really nice hotel.

A staff member repeatedly coughed on the food while setting out the breakfast and complaining to another staff member that she didn’t feel well. YUCK! Staff members should be given paid sick leave if they are sick. If they come in with a cough they should wear a mask and frequently wash their hands. The staff definitely need serious training on these basic health practices for handling food!!! At the very least cough into your we’ve and not all over the food—really yucky.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. My suite was great and better than expected. Plenty of room, too. Jacuzzi tub was huge, and it was located in its own private area.

The water was not hot enough for me. Also, about the staff. Cleaning staff did their job excellent. I had plenty of towels and supplies. Now, the staff: I checked in at 6pm. The woman at the desk was inundated with this huge group of people that entered nearly at once. Kids, teens, adults everywhere, and each wanting something of her. She handled it like a champ. Very professional, even though you could see she was beat. So, wish I had her name, but she gets a 10+ score. However, on checking out, the woman at the desk had no time for me, even though there was only one other person, another staff member, near her. I tried to tell her thank you, and then of the slow drain in bathroom sink. She walked away without addressing me. Ok, then, too busy? SHE gets a 4.

The staff were personable and friendly. We appreciated the free water and snacks that the hotel gave out to its customers. The breakfast and the amenities were exceptional. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The location wasn't idea with so many trucks using their air brakes to stop at the local truck stop. It would be nice if someone from the municipality could put up a sign that prohibits trucks from using their air brakes near the hotel.

Whirlpool was great way to relax before checkout. Only issue there is a sign posted no kids under 16 and the here of kids from leisure pool wandered over and maxed it out.

I was in 224 and 222 was playing loud music all night. Security came and knocked on door multiple times but they wouldn’t answer and continued being loud from 1 am until checkout at noon. I did receive a $40 room credit but the reason I checked in at 11 pm on last minute decision was to get rested for second day of driving.

We stayed in a one bed suite which had a king bed in a separate bedroom and 2 queens in the other room so it was a great choice for giving our family some space. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast although it could be very busy down there. Location was nice and was in walking distance to some restaurants which was handy.

I found the pool very cold and it was disappointing as I wanted to swim with my kids but I couldn't really. It could also do with a good clean as it looked quite dirty.

The beds and blankets are incredibly comfortable, and there are several different blankets for different degrees of comfort. Breakfast was above and beyond! The staff are very welcoming and kind. The pool and hot tub felt amazing. The towels are a decent size, and you get plenty. There was a huge group for a birthday upstairs, and at 11:30 pm my daughter called about what sounded like jumping off beds, running up and down halls, and slamming doors, and the front desk discreetly handled it as we weren't the only call. You pay to be able to rest well!! They did a good job handling it so everyone could be happy. I would happily stay again... when there's no birthday party lol.

I LOVED that breakfast went until 10:30 am and checkout is 12 pm. The kiddie area in the pool was open this time. (Our last stay, it was closed to be repainted.) They also don't bother you (unless you need something and ask) unless you stay 3+ days. I think all hotels should be like this! Also, their breakfast was actually pretty good. Hot. Not all packaged crap and nasty looking old food. We needed a pack n play, they had it. We needed a fan, they had it.

1. Our bathroom door didn't lock. With littles, I wasn't too worried about it. Probably was a good thing. But staying with a friend, even if you "locked" it, they could open it right up. 2. They were completely booked 1 night we stayed. We weren't able to go in the pool area all day, with the littles, because of how PACKED it was in there. Maybe think about expanding the kiddie area and pool. Although it is a pretty decent size space already, they seem to get pretty busy!

Loved how spacious the room was.we have a 2yr old who needs to run. Absolutely loved the splash pad for her. She was able to swim and be able to run energy off. She loved the breakfast also. I love how they change it up. It's not the same thing everyday.

The bed we had was stiff and hard. Hurt our backs. Then there were alot of kids in hot tub with self tanner on and made the hot tub water turn to a black brown color.

Early check-in request was happily granted. Room was on 1st floor as I had hoped. Bed was were super comfy!! Pool and fitness room were clean, uncrowded (except pool on Saturday night) and very enjoyable. Desktop PC in front lobby was very handy and much-needed. All staff I encountered were friendly and outgoing. Breakfast was outstanding; I enjoyed meeting and chatting with (Server) Debbie Wright very, very much; she was the highlight of my weeklong trip, if you can believe that! Loved my stay.... slept great and always felt safe. Great location and great restaurant nearby!!! I will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

Room #109 bathroom had a funky odor to it; bought a cinnamon candle at local DG and my worries disappeared.

I loved the cleanliness of this location. The lobby smells fresh and clean as soon as the doors open. Beds have zippered mattress protectors. Staff was amazing! Very accommodating and informative! Front desk staff and housekeeping were very nice to me and my family. Location is close to the beach. There are restaurants and a convenience store/gas station within walking distance. Bass Pro Shop is next door. Will stay here again.

Beds were a little too firm for my liking. Pool was too cold for me.
