Only problem is we arrived and I received an email stating early arrival was approved. We were there for a wedding and had just a short time to get ready prior. Checking in the lady said no and that email did not come from them it was from booking. Com and pretty much she could do nothing. So why the email if not true. They did their best and got us in 20 min before their regular ck in. We made it work. Now I will second guess when booking through a site. Never have had problem prior doing it. But again all worked out

Good location

We stayed in a room with double beds and a roll in shower. You would think that it was a handicapped room. It’s not. The bed was hard to get in and out of. It would have been nice to have a handrail attached to the bed to hold on to. The chairs in the room were also not easy to sit in. They need to have chairs with arms. As for the bathroom, they need to have grab bars on both sides of the toilets (not just on one side).

Breakfast was excellent. Pancakes made using a fancy machine were excellent. Rooms were modern and new. Beds were really comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were roomy. Rooms was quiet and you could control the temp too.

The front desk clerk could have been more friendlier upon check in and arrival. Although, we checked in at 9:00 pm maybe that was why. She was somewhat curt.

I like the way the staff was and the location. The price was very fair. Breakfast was hot and good. Pool area was clean.

The pool area could use more towels but is a normal problem so no big deal. The hotel is getting redone and you can see they haven't gotten to all room but again is totally normal it will look great when done.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was large.

An interior remodeling was in progress during our stay. Our room had not been remodeled. The wallpaper was loose in the corners. The handicap shower did not contain the water and the floor became flooded.

Location was good. Staff were friendly and everything was very clean. Having a hot breakfast included was great. Hot tub was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel, and it didn’t disappoint.

Wish the hot tub was open later.

This was definitely one of nicest hotels our family has ever stayed in. And the staff made the stay welcoming and stress free. Thank you to the breakfast staff lady who was so fun to interact with, like a mom looking after her children's families. I wish I knew her name to give her even more praise.

I would have liked a little more counter space in the bathroom, but this is understandable as it was the wheelchair accessible room. My kids thought the beds were too soft because I slept so comfortably that I rolled over in my sleep and started snoring. I haven't slept that well in a long time. The only other problem was one of the outlets was not working so the light and any charging cords we plugged in didn't work.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and great hot breakfast selections.

The facility look is a little tired and dated, with worn looking carpet in the 3rd floor hallway, kinda noisy ride in the elevator especially for those of us who haven't yet enjoyed our first cup of morning coffee, and no USB plug for electronic device charging in the room, so be sure to pack your old charger.

I only made it around the first floor. Everything was clean and easy to navigate.

The only thing I can say is the side exit doors closed really loud.

Breakfast was very good, pool and pool area was very nice, staff was excellent and very accommodating especially Jessica at the front desk and the ones working the breakfast area

Booking.com never mentioned to the hotel that we wanted rooms close to each other
