I liked that the employees were friendly and professional.

I didn't like that every time I sat on the bed, the metal bed frame made a banging sound that made me think it may buckle underneath me.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean.

There are too many stairs for a 72-year-old person. Should have available rooms on the first floor.

It was vey nice and clean. Check in fast and easy. Nice breakfast set up and plenty of choices - I just did't get the chance to eat because I had to leave earlier. Price quality it was excelelnt. Very quiet place and plenty of parking. Thank you for a nice stay.

I liked everything and staff was wonderful,breakfast was real good ,pool was nice too ,the laundry facility was good and clean ,it worked good .

There isn't anything that I didn't like ,I would come back and stay there again.

Robin was exceptionally kind, accommodating and friendly! We had an issue with the smoke alarm beeping loudly in our room and Robin helped us resolve this.

The filter in the air conditioner was filthy, we had to clean it before running the air conditioner.

Staff were excellent, special mention to Harvinder Singh who was very helpful with personal requests as I was checking out.

Shower temperature barely warm

Breakfast offering was good, but seating availability was limited. The rooms were nicely outfitted and clean.

My only complaint would be the lack of seating in the breakfast area.

I I think y'all need to get a tall sign so people can see where your hotel is better, the other tall building hides your hotel.
