The little suite was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge. The breakfast was good. Staff was nice, though the front desk wasn't informative

Dog fee is $75, which they didn't tell me before hand, even though I asked. I didn't get that information until we checked out. In room coffee is terrible. There is no tub

The breakfast was ok, just not as robust as pre-covid, but understandable. It was still very good and some good choices. The hotel was immaculate, very clean and well designed. The staff at this location was great, very welcoming! Jayce in particular, was the perfect welcoming host. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was a bit narrow, so it felt a teeny bit cramped once the sofa bed was pulled out or the desk was pulled out for working or eating. This could've just been our particular style room though. Still very good.

This hotel feels new and is in a good location if you’re trying to get out to Death Valley / Red Rock Canyon. It is directly beside Walgreens and a residential neighborhood, with several restaurants nearby (as well as a hospital, should you need it). Our room looked out over the pool and also had a great view of the mountains in the distance. The free breakfast was good and I always appreciate a hotel that offers a pantry of food available for purchase should you arrive late at night after nearby restaurants close. Our room was really large, with a separate sitting area and kitchen divided from the bed by a curtain that you could open or close.

I did not like that there was no security latch on the door. There was a deadbolt but I’m pretty sure if someone had a key, they could still get into the room without that added security latch. If I had been traveling on my own I would have felt very unsafe. Also, the mattress was very firm, to the point of being uncomfortable.

Location away from the strip was a perfect distance for me. Great walking distance to convenient stores, food, pharmacy, and shopping. Staff (Sarah, Jayce, and Denise) were extremely friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and made sure we felt comfortable. The property and our room were very clean.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property, but a suggestion would be to have 2 tv’s in the queen room suites, so if someone was sitting on the sofa and utilizing that space they could watch that television, and then the person utilizing the bed space could watch television in that space.

Breakfast was nice. The gentleman that takes care of the setup and cleanup is an amazing individual. He was polite, helpful and friendly. The manager Patric was another bright spot. He had been working since 5 am the evening we arrived. He had employees who were out or didnt show up, but he was still incredibly personable. I watched him interact with several customers the next morning as I was working in the lobby/breakfast area. He let each person speak and voice their concern and then responded. He made sure each person knew he was listening to them. It was nice to see.

Everything was great: 1. Rooms are very large and comfortable. Enough room for luggage. Beds were comfortable as well. 2. Bathroom is very large and easy to use. Shower is flat and accessible. Large bottles for shower, shampoo and conditioner are present. They also have body lotion. 3. Breakfast is really great. Food was very tasty and rich in flavor. Kids especially liked that they can make their own wafers. I loved eggs - omlets were very tasty and fluffy. 4. Pool is really lovely and pleasant. There is lot of comfortable deckchairs with tables, so you can really relax. They even have a grill for guests to use. 5. The staff at breakfast were really nice, funny and kind.

The dog fee is way too high (more than other Hiltons). We were quoted and charged a too high rate ($75 for 2 nights) and then an additional $35 was added on when we left (and the room was clean and in good shape, pretty much as clean as when we arrived). Last time the staff didn't tell us the rate at all, this time the rate quoted was less than we ended up being charged.

Great location, great location, close to many food, choices, and freeways. Great breakfast very clean rooms are spacious. The kitchen is amazing. The wall unit for all your items is such a good idea. I wish all hotels did this. I love the curtain partition between the beds and the living area. Very smart idea.

I’ll loved everything just the Jacuzzi being under construction was a bummer but no biggie.

We were told check out was at 12 and as we were still packing up (11am), room service opened our door and walked in. My husband asked if it’s 11 or 12? They said 11 but upon check in, we were told 12 and it was listed in our check in papers as well. I would have hated to been walked in on while changing etc.

Extremely friendly staff and, amazing convince for easy entry and, exit of the building. The bed was nice and, large always with a well sized flat screen right infront of it so, I could watch a movie to help calm me down for a little before falling asleep.

After thinking for a little while, I genuinely can not think of anything that was not to a reasonable standard. Very happy with my stay, thank you for having me!
