Problem with hot water and drainage in bathroom sink was not very happy about that.No microwave in room, needed to be dressed to go down to basement area to heat outside food.

The staff - particularly Jocelyn and Kim at the Front Desk, and Fanny and Rosario, the Breakfast Room Attendants. They were all very friendly, and they were all about customer satisfaction! All of them are definitely assets to your business.

The parking at this location is very tight and needs either a reconfiguration, or a bigger parking lot. There is a very high risk of a collision between arriving and departing guests. There is virtually no wiggle room. Guests should not have to park offsite, on the street, or across the street, and then walk to the Front Desk with luggage and/or kids.

We didn't eat breakfast there but everything else was great , front desk staff was awesome and welcoming, like the room and location

What I didn't like was housekeeping they have no consideration for guest they start early and you can hear every door they close it's almost as if they slam the doors they also call rooms before 9 asking if we would like housekeeping to pass by to clean , I think that's something that can wait especially if we are on vacation not everyone wakes up early everyday

I loved the new look of the Ramada by Wyndham Hotel. As you enter, the artificial fire place and the misty aroma of the lobby is what catches the attention of your senses first. I stayed in a double bed room, that came with a mini fridge and freezer, television, standing closet that had an iron and ironing board in it, desk and chair and a Keurig machine. The room I stayed in came with a view of the parking lot out front. The bathroom set up was also really nice, the shower had really hot water which was refreshing and my friends and I had a beautiful LED lit mirror for our million and one selfies☺️. One final touch I really liked was the chandelier in the room. The Breakfast options were pretty simple but good enough for me and my friends. There were waffles, eggs, sausages, bagels and cream cheese, individually packaged variety of cereal and many juice options, coffee and tea. The lady that worked in the kitchen asked me to leave her a review on tripadvisor/google but the scan card was not working so i'll leave it here. Patty I think her name was, she was amazing, she made my friends and I waffles and she engaged in conversation with us and made us comfortable and we loved that. 5 star rating worthy😊 The hotel is a 5 minute drive and 24 minute walk away from the Mall at Bay Plaza which we also liked very much as we were close to the grocery store Stop & Shop where we picked up some last minute stuff.

The bathroom had a couple flaws, the sink basin had small brown residue that resembled boogers in it as if it wasn't cleaned properly, one of towels had long strands of straight hair wrapped up in it and the toilet seat had a small pee stain on it. Luckily we always go to hotels prepared to clean these facilities a second time to our liking but it's not ideal to stay in a hotel and have to re-clean. One of the double beds had a sunken spot in it which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep in, maybe that should be changed.

I like how it’s tucked away off the main roads very pleasant I love they have free breakfast in the morning so thoughtful. Staff I came across was polite and pleasant

The front door slams Every time someone goes out or in an if u are in room 105 like I was u will hear every bit of the hard loud bang the door makes

The room was very big and spacious. Location was perfect for us. It was walking Distance to family that's why we choose this hotel.

The bathroom only has one small wash cloth nothing else and when notified the front desk agent she was very nice. We told her we're stepping out so to not bring the towels till we come back and I guess the call was made so when we arrived we found only two large towels placed on the wet floor notice by our door. We notified her and she called and another agent arrived and handed us new towels but made unnecessary comment when handed it to us. Which wasn't really appreciate but took it with a grain of salt.

The staff is very nice, especially Kim, she works the reception area. Kim was very friendly and helpful. Upon entering the establishment, it smelled wonderful and looked clean. Fanny she works in the oval room, which is where we had our daily breakfast of turkey sauage, waffles, crossiants, fruits, and various cakes. Fanny always had a smile and was very gracious. She made sure we were well fed and happy before leaving.

Smooth check in thanks to Jocelyn from front desk & also Mike from front desk every question I had they answered and ms. Carmen the very best from house keeping I lost a special ring that night but res assure Carmen found it and held it for me with front desk..definitely coming back sooner than later

Building and room were very clean.

Location was terrible, would have never just went outside or take a walk. No places around to get food unless you had it delivered. On the room description it says a coffee pot in the room and when I asked the gentleman that worked there said no coffee pot, he was nice enough to let me into the breakfast room to get my wife and I a cup of coffee.

The Staff were super nice and helpful. The facility was nice and clean. No smoking, and we appreciate that.

I loved the facility, but we came to the Bronx to see a Yankees game, and the Hotel was a little further away from the stadium than we would have preferred, but It did not take away from our stay. We improvised and kept it pushing..
