The drinks are offered through out the day.

The TV is s not working, so we called the front desk. We were first put on hold for several minutes, so we hung up. Called again, it was picked up after about 10 rings, and the front desk replied that someone would be sent to the room to check. No one ever came. Went to breakfast at 7:00 am one morning, but the coffee and hot water were cold, which can only mean that they were left from the previous night. No new batch is served. The person in charge of breakfast needs to do the job better!

It's located right off the highway. The mall is right there. Walmart wasn't far. Close to good restaurants. When we got there the front desk guy was amazing. VERY friendly made us feel very comfortable. The Elevator you had to use your room key ( card ) to get to any of the other floors. We got to our room open the door and saw how big the room was ( it was amazing) the bathroom was good size. The bed was VERY comfortable the spa shower is amazing. You have a shower head spraying down on you then you can have 2 more shower heads spraying out the wall on you. It felt so good. Water didn't get very hot was warm enough for a shower but not a hot one. In the sink the water didn't get cold. When we got there they have us 2 cold waters. We got up the first day and breakfast was amazing they had the normal continental breakfast with made oatmeal wirh Dried cranberry Walnuts and granola to put in it along with brown sugar, honey. Regular sugar and some maple sugar. They had Cut up Grilled polish sausage with scramble eggs hash browns And a waffle bar ( wirh Chocolate chips strawberries whip topping chocolate syrup Caramel syrup Sprinkle' ext. ) They have any time coffee with hot water where you can make hot chocolate or tea. The second day they had Fried potatoes mini omelets and bacon ( instead of the hash down Polish sausage And scramble eggs ) we will definitely be back. Everything was great

The hotel was very convenient to our family whom we were visiting in nearby Silverton. It was near restaurants , the mall etc. The hotel was very clean, bright and updated. It met all of our expectations and the price was right . It's a hidden Gem

I may have liked a higher floor for better view, our room was on the 2nd floor. Also my husband went down to get a nightcap and returned saying the bar closed at 10pm. Really there were no things I didn't like about the hotel.

Everything was good, but they were having plumbing problems and the water in the room was never cold, always warm, but we did have hot water. The room was always cold to me, even though the temperature was set at 80 degrees. Other than that, the room was well equipped, breakfast was outstanding and my stay very pleasant.

The breakfast was great! Loved that there was late night coffee and the staff at the front desk was friendly

A little confused when driving in. Looks like recent construction so google maps had a hard time finding the entrance. Some of the outlets in our room were super loose and didn’t want to hold our chargers

Lovely big room. The shower was fantastic and the complimentary shower gel and shampoo were amazing! Breakfast was great and loads of choice. All the staff we dealt with were lovely and made us feel very welcome!

The one thing I didn’t like was we didn’t book 2 nights!!

My husband enjoyed the breakfast, I wasn't hungry. We really enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and neat and our view was great. We are from Georgia and we got to explore a little of the city during our one day stay.

The price for one night was a little steep. Other than that, we have no complaints at all.

We loved that the hotel was so close to so many different places to eat and a mall. The breakfast was great and had so many choices. We loved how quiet the hotel was. The pool was the best part for the kids! The FBI field office was located behind the hotel. We were 15 minutes from the amazing Cincinnati Zoo and Jungle Jim’s!

We only stayed one night so there was not much that we did not like. I did see other people’s hair on my sheets.

Great location. It's right off the highway. It was still very quiet in the room. The room was super clean and the bed was great! Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. It's near a large mall and restaurants.

The breakfast was very good. We ate there 12 days. Suggestion would be to vary the eggs and meat more…like a breakfast sandwich or boiled eggs….did not see a tip box for the staff who worked very hard.

Having an espresso machine would help to make hot…hot coffee available 24 hrs. Less work for the employees who continually brought coffee pots out in the lounge. Sometimes the coffee was warm.
