Was skeptical bc of some reviews I read, but honestly this hotel was great! The staff was friendly, greeted us every morning before breakfast, the pool was great, it was clean. The jacuzzi tub in our room was excellent.

If I had to nitpick I guess, have more availability for snacks, had some chips, candy and some ramen noodles available for purchase but maybe add a few more items.

The people at the hotel made us feel welcomed, because we we're there to visit family but also so far away from home. I would recommend this hotel to others because it was cleaned on every shift. They cleaned the walkway the hallways, the elevators and they made sure that it was fresh smelling too. Thumbs 👍 for all their staff.

The fact that people who smoked in common places didn't or don't have respect for the nonsmokers .

The breakfast was as good a continental as you would expect. A good value. It was quiet when we were there. Staff very nice and helpful. Hot tub was HOT.

The morning breakfast closes up shop a bit too early on the weekdays. It closes at 9, if we are on vacation we want to sleep in. 10 would be a little better. We needed to hunt up a hairdryer, so the hotel needs some more general supplies.

I had an enjoyable time the staff are very friendly and the rooms so large and comfortable.

Would of loved to have a chair in the room had plenty of room for one.

Beautiful property, room was very big and clean. The desk clerk was very friendly. Jacuzzi tub was great!

The only thing I was unhappy about was the bed. It was so hard and uncomfortable I barely slept. My back was so stiff and painful that we ended up leaving early in the morning.

room was very nice for the price but still could’ve been a little better. overall no real complaints. all the staff I dealt with were very nice and helpful.

-The lack of breakfast as it was advertised. a prepackaged muffin and a granola bar isn’t “breakfast”. -VERY uncomfortable chair to sit in, in the room. for times when I was wanting to relax and watch some TV, I had to use the office/desk chair which was only marginally better than the lounge chair in the room. -No luggage rack or/and no dresser to put clothes in for an extended stay.

Nice size room. Decent layout. Bed appeared clean and tidy as expected. Good rate compared to nearby hotel chains.

If anything, the vending machine prices seemed high. But otherwise, maybe the continental breakfast could be better. Given the room rates, though, breakfast was as expected. Room lighting could be better. Maybe switch from all fluorescent to some brighter led's.

Bed could use an upgrade. Ceiling tiles were warped and had a couple water stains. Sofa bed Needs an upgrade.
