It was overall nice. Room could have been a little more comfortable. the handicap room was pretty empty, only one chair and it was the rolling desk chair. No ice bucket or microwave, you had to go to 1st floor and get bucket and return to your floor (there was ice machines on all floors) and only microwave was down by front desk. Our room was so open and empty it echoed. The breakfast Bar is very good and everything was kept warm and fresh.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and a great price! We loved the breakfast options and the lady working the breakfast was friendly and fun to talk to. Our room was a great size and the shampoo/conditioner they provided worked well and smelled great. Our kids said “let’s stay here every time we come to Ohio!”

It said on booking this hotel was close to Kings island..when in fact it was about 25 minutes away. Not a deal breaker but when you are tired was a bummer. Beds could be softer..pretty firm.

Property was very nice, updated, and had lots of amenities! Breakfast was GREAAAT❤️Loved the gym and pool. Rooms were pretty and beds were extra clean and comfy! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were not informed that we would be charged a $25 deposit on the rooms.I always use a certain card to pay for things online due to being hacked so many times. I only put the amount of money necessary onto the card so when they charged 2 fees of $25, it caused one of my payments to be denied. I did not realize this until we were leaving the hotel so we had to rush to add money to the card so we could get the bill paid. It was a bit stressful and could have easily been avoided had I been told about the deposit ahead of time. Other than this, our stay was GREAT❤️

Amanda (front desk) and Vanessa (breakfast coordinator) had incredible personalities. Greeted ever person ever morning with a huge smile and Good morning. Both were knowledgeable about the area to help you find what you needed. They both made my stay and one of the reasons I would stay again.

I wish they had coffee maker and microwave in the room or available on request.

This property way exceeded our expectations. My favorite aspect was using the Digital Key and Hilton app for checking in, getting our room assignment (which we were able to pick), and checking out. We did speak to the onsite staff to receive our Hilton reservation number as it was different from the one we received with Booking. This is not a 2-star hotel by any means. This rating should be improved to 4 at least. It's very clean, in a well put area (right off the main road & red light), and great amenities. My kids loved the games in the front lobby (giant connect 4 and foosball). They had a great free breakfast as well as pool area. Our group felt very safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I can't say enough good things about this property.

I have found my new hotel chain! I travel a lot and this is the 3rd Tru I have stayed at and I plan on always staying at a Tru. They are a clean, modern, comfortable and affordable hotel! The lady who served breakfast was so kind and attentive she cleared our plates as we ate and even wrapped up a delicious plate of breakfast for our teenager who didn’t want to come down!

Everything was great, the staff, the room, and the food. That staff is always so friendly and inviting. The rooms are always great and so neatly made and cleaned. The food for breakfast is always the best around.

There’s never been one single things not really liked. Only thing I wish they had were portable cribs for babies, but I was able to make due without one for my 9 month old.

Location was perfect and met our needs. Breakfast was fine, enjoyed the pancake machine! Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly! Loved the brightly colored decor.

Would have preferred a main level room as requested but Booking. Com did not follow through with our request. Expected sparse furnishings but another chair would have been nice.

It had EV chargers, which I had called and asked about & was told there were none. Those using them were not considerate though.

The shower didn’t appear to be clean. I don’t like the squeeze bottles in the shower- pumps are easier to use. I also don’t prefer the vinyl flooring instead of carpet- just my personal preference.

I loved the amenities in the room. The rooms were clean, and many streaming services were offered, which I haven't seen at many hotels. I loved the style and affordability of the hotel. The welcome message with my name on the TV was a nice touch when entering the room. I also loved that full-size dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and soap were in the rooms. I have very long hair and usually don't have enough product offered by hotels. It also saves plastic waste. Great hotel!
