I was in from Virginia Beach VA my son had passed away at the young age of 35. I was full of grief and very emotional. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and went out of their way to let me know anything I needed they were there to get for me. They touched my heart when I found the sympathy card slipped under my door. It brought me to tears because of the tremendous kindness and respect they showed while I was there. Breakfast was very good. Tara went above and beyond to help me with the TV in the exercise room and to help me print a boarding pass. She always had a smile and a kind word for everyone.

There was an obvious picture missing from room 300. The long picture hanger was on the wall. The shower had a big leak. The ice machine on the 3rd floor never worked. The ice machine on the 2nd and 1st floors didn't work our last 2 days.

Absolutely everything. Location is great. Not too far from things to do but also outside noise was at a minimum. The room was very spacious and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. The staff was super friendly and it was nice to see smiling friendly faces every day. Even the housekeeping staff was great. Love those ladies. There was a wide variety of breakfast every morning. And the kids loved the pool. And they even provide a grilll for the guests to use. Just an all around wonderful trip. We will definitely stay here again in the future

It's nothing really but it would be helpful if the floors were all marked inside the stairwell. The 3rd floor door had no markings in the stairwell we used but we know how to count so it wasn't really an issue.

Breakfast was great. Had a storm and roof leaked in our room but we were moved.

Mount the TV on the wall where it can be angled for the sitting area or the bed. The room we got moved to after the storm was very difficult to watch TV. The sitting area was not big enough for the furniture and the TV was difficult to see

The staff was very nice at check-in, very accommodating and helpful. The room was excellent much larger then we were expecting, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Looking forward to staying again.

There was not enough egg or biscuits and gravy. No bottle water was available after the first round of breakfast goers. The tables were dirty. Had to ask for a table to be cleaned and after waiting several minute's we cleaned a table ourself with napkins and hot water.

The location was great! Expressway was easy on, easy off. The breakfast was very nice, for a continental breakfast. The staff was really helpful & friendly!

Could use some updating. The elevator was out of order. Fortunately, we were on the 1st floor!

So close to fort sill my grandson was graduating from army. Room was very clean. Staff are amazing so friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. Will recommend

Just thought bathroom sink was too small

I liked the fact that is was just around the corner from the police station. I am a female that traveled alone. So that made me feel safe.

When I took a shower the tub creaked a little. I was afraid that it was going to fall threw.

I like the weight room I liked how it was set up it was very clean very nice

I didn't like the pool you couldn't get to it from in the hotel you had to go outside and the water was terribly cold
