It was nice to be able to back up to our door and unload our pets and personal items we needed for our stay. It had an amazing staff! The front desk Maddee was amazingly helpful in checking us inn, pointing us in the right direction for amenities. Our room for pet friendly was great, Vinyl flooring, clean, accommodating beds with fluffy pillows. It didn’t smell some hotels that have pet rooms. The breakfast had a great diversity of items to choose from. Coffee was fresh and hot. The host and hostess were extremely friendly, helpful, polite.

The only mild complaint would be our room AC was a bit wore out. Had a bit of a time to keep the room as cool as my husband would have liked it to be.

Hot tub in room was awesome and the fireplace was cool too. Breakfast is worth staying there for.

When we got to the building the card keys didn't work cause the door entering the building doesn't lock and card keys didn't work on our room but the door opened with out our card keys. But we noticed that we didn't need our card keys the whole two days we were there, the door doesn't lock when you leave but it locks up when you our there so we decided not to leave anything behind when we left to go anywhere. So their security is crap and it's a free for all to break in any room if you stay there. So that was the only concern about staying there.

Nice hotel, close to downtown shops and restaurants. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very good breakfast and coffee! Utilized the hot tub and indoor heated pool after a long day of hiking. I would stay there again.

Air conditioner vent blew directly on bed and could not be adjusted. Moved a chair in front of vent to direct air up.

The property is old (1960's Americana style) but recently renovated. The property was clean and in good repair. The pools were both immaculate and well maintained. Our room was clean and in good repair but small-ish. Breakfast was much better than we expected. What stood out is the staff. It felt like an old-school family owned "Mom & Pop Shop" where the staff are invested and really cared. Will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was very crowded and it was difficult to get a table most days. Our bathroom didn't have a garbage can which was odd and annoying. We also didn't have WiFi in our room but they disclosed that our room was having WiFi issues when we checked in - not a huge deal but calling it out for completeness.

This is our St George “go to” hotel. In the heart of downtown so it’s easy to get places. Our 3rd stay here in the past few months. We’ve stayed in other places but nobody else has met our expectations.

Would be nice to have an extra blanket for the bed if needed. As it was we brought ours in from the car.

It had a fridge and microwave. Beds were clean and plenty of towels. Liked having a parking spot in front of our room. Staff was friendly.

location was not as close to the convention center as I had thought on the website (said two blocks, but actually a 7 minute drive), kind of difficult to get into from the street as it was a very short driveway to the main office door. I thought this was a newer hotel, for a Best Western Plus, it seemed more like an old school Best Western. It was not bad, just not what we expected. I could have paid the same for a newer hotel and closer location.

The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. I really enjoyed the swimming pool. The location was really good too; plenty of places to eat, and right down the street from the local grocery store. The breakfast was adequate.

They could use elevators. Because of this, we stayed in a ground floor room, and could hear the people above us. In thier breakfast, they had no non-dairy options. My wife was limited as far as what she could eat.

The room was clean. The bed was so comfortable. I need to know what kind it was. Best sleep ever.

It said that if you forgot an essential item like toothbrush, they would have one. How about deodorant? Maybe there is a single use one out there. The worst feeling in the world for me it to even think I stink before I can get to the store to buy one. Other than that, our stay was great.

Our second stay at this hotel. We’ve been very happy. I don’t know why I didn’t ask but our last stay we had a king bed in the room next door. This room had 2 queen beds. My fault for not asking at checkin. We won’t stay anywhere else in St George. If you’re looking for a great restaurant walk down to George’s Restaurant. Delicious food.

It is an older hotel that is very well maintained. Great location, right downtown walking distance to bars and restaurants. Family friendly with an outdoor and an indoor pool. Also, really liked that they had an EV charger.

It is an older hotel so room are perfectly clean but a little dated.
