We were 3 families - 6 adults and 5 children and we booked a 4 Bedroom Villa and it was fantastic 👏 The Villa was right opposite the reception and it has 4 separate Bedroom Units. 3 of them with Ensuite Toilet with Bath. The 4th one is with the kitchen living area. Our Villa was right next to a golf course and a duck pond. The kids had such a great time with the ducks ! The rooms and Villa are very clean and look very modern. Each bedroom opens with key card and has a TV although we didn't get a chance to watch at all through out our stay. We used the outdoor swimming pool on 2 occasions and the water was so warm. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The staff are super helpful. They give u a WhatsApp number u can msg and ChatBot replies for general queries. But they will pass u to human staff pretty quickly. I needed help with Heating System and somebody showed up at the Villa in a flash and helped with that. Also needed help to unlock safety deposit boxes. The same person helped with that. Tea, coffee, sugar and pepper satchets provided. I asked for some Salt Satchets and somebody came immediately to Villa to drop it. Amazing how attentive and eager to help these guys were. There is a shuttle service every half an hour to Disneyland and that was super handy

Since it's an apart hotel with kitchen prob Jam/Butter small portions being provided would be so useful. Even if they stocked that in the store in reception I would be happy to buy.

Villa that are spacious, clean, modern, and well-equipped. it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff were so helpful and easy to talk to. The hotel has a little shop for basics and a bar to get drinks and coffee which was ideal. The free shuttle to Disneyland was fantastic- was always on time and most of the time would get a seat. The hotel stored our luggage for us on check out and check in was easy and quick. The room was clean and so much space which was ideal. The room had an iron, hairdryer, fridge, sink with washing up products, hand-wash, bodywash, cuttelry, plates and bowls, glasses and cups, a tea towel, hob, pans and a few utensils. The bed was very comfy and a range of pillows which was ideal so us! We wish we knew the shuttle times that I have included on my review as we paid 12€ for a bus to get there once at Disneyland. We would definitely stay here again and is ideal for anyone going to Disneyland!

The rides in the arcade are 2€ each which a bit much.

We had a great stay with our group of 8. The hotel had everything we needed and the location was also good. The rooms are spacious and a grocery store was only an 8 minute walk away to stock up on items for our kitchenettes.There were outside tables available for us to all eat together overlooking the pond and pool. We used the shuttle to take us to Disneyland which was very convenient. Some of our group ate at the bar restaurant and said the food was quite good. My husband liked that the golf course was right nextdoor.

The prices in the hotel "grocery" section were quite expensive but there were stores nearby if you are able to walk for 10 minutes there.

We stayed in a villa apartment as a family of 11, with 4 children including one in a wheelchair. The staff were exceptionally helpful, could not do enough to make the stay more comfortable, booking taxis and also assisting if we had any problems. The pool was a hit, and the pool area is really lovely, right next to the bar. The villa had its own private garden and a small kitchenette which worked for us, plenty of space for the whole family to spend time together, and space to be apart. Each of the villa bedrooms was spacious and en suite, including a double bed and 2 single sofa beds in every room. The free shuttle to Disney was a bonus and right next to the station so we were also able to use it to get to the villa on arrival. In short - wheelchair accessible, friendly welcoming staff, spacious comfortable villa, a pool and hotel style service with self-catering accommodation. Highly recommended!

The check in time was a bit confusing so we ended up arriving early, but the staff were exceptional in making us comfortable and trying to get our room ready. Each of the bedrooms in the villa locks and requires a key card to access, this does come with a slight risk of locking yourself out or worse - one of the children getting locked between rooms in the middle of the night.

We could not use the swimming pool but the views from the window were amazing. The bus to Disneyland is. Good deal and they respect the schedule, it takes around 10-15 mins to arrive, the latest is around 00.20 which is nice to stay for the night event and still have some time. Breakfast is complete, classical continental. The bar and the snack shop are nice to have. The room was all clean except for the floor, we told them, along with a couple requests that they attended correctly. There is an iron and hair dryer. The main bed was very comfortable.

The bus stops around noon and after lunch for a couple of hours which makes it difficult to come back to rest, the first also leaves at 8.30, watch out for early events such as breakfast booked in the park (Auberge Cendrilion or similar). The bed sofa was a bit uncomfortable although good enough for a light child. I missed hair conditioner. The prices of the shop are really expensive, eg. 1L milk was more than 5 eur.

Great location, free shuttle bus from the hotel to Disneyland Paris. Bar food was good. Room was nice and quiet. Little supermarket 10mins away to get any snacks, beers and essentials for your stay. Pool is good.

Air con and shower pressure wasn't good, The shower water went cold after a short while, managed to get our 2 children showered then the water went cold and stayed cold. After the fireworks you need to wait a while for the next shuttle which is a pain, especially with 2 little kids, shuttle runs at 11pm & 11.40pm and the fireworks ended about 11.05-11.10pm so had to wait for 30mins. Shame the pool isn't available to guests on the last day!

Heated swimming pool was great for the kids. Staff were extremely helpful. When we arrived early our room was not ready but the staff allowed us to get changed in to our swimming gear and go and use the pool whilst we waited. The location was perfect for Disney and the shuttle bus was always on time making it really easy to plan our days at the parks. There are a couple of places nearby to eat out, the small Italian restaurant called Bistronome did great pizzas!

We went to find the shops and buy some supplies whilst the room was being got ready for us. We decided frozen chips would be an easy thing to cook for the kids when we were getting back from Disney, but when we did get in the room we discovered there was no oven. So we could not cook them, small thing but an oven would have made doing children’s dinner a lot easier.

Communication before arrival was excellent, the staff responded to my messages via booking.com very promptly. Service for the duration of our stay was friendly, couldn't fault them. We were a group of 9 (6 adults, 3 kids) and we had a 4 bedroom villa. It was spotless with a lovely view. The kids loved the outside space. We found the villa was stocked with everything we needed - towels, toilet roll, kitchen utensils, shower gel/hand soap. Free shuttle service to Disneyland which was super convenient. It is a more sociable option for a larger group as opposed to staying in a hotel in separate rooms. There is a handy shop in reception where we picked up some refreshments upon arrival. There is also a Carrefour less than 10 min walk away which was great. We regularly visit Disneyland and this was the first time we had stayed at Staycity and we would definitely recommend it and consider returning!

Perfect 5 bed villa with lots of space, reception arranged for us to have our 2 villas next to each other so the 22 cub scouts (children aged 8 - 10) could be together. Lots of space for them all. Big bedrooms all ensuites, beautifully clean, outside space, We arrived from the UK at 1:30 am and the reception staff could not have been more helpful and had the villa arranged so the children could go straight to bed. Bus in the morning to the parks easy and in the evening allowed the younger cubs to go back earlier. An amazing stay - thank you to everyone at staycity - we will be back!
