Although this hotel is like 40 minutes from Paris by metro Line 8 (ticket is €1.90) (last stop at Creteil), I booked it because it's 260 m. from the station. I carried a heavy luggage. Also, the price was low compared to other hotels in Paris. When I got off the train, I followed Google maps and made me go in circles. You'd better not Once you leave the station, take the elevator and make two lefts and followed the street along the soccer field. BB is next to the Marriott. I arrived at around 1:10 PM but a lady told me check in was at 2. However, she offered to store my luggage if needed. Once you check in, you got to pay city taxes. Breakfast is extra (€8.50 per day). I took it and was decent (toast scrambled eggs, cheese good coffee, o tea orange or fruit juice and cereal). You can't eat all of that at a restaurant with that amount. The hotel is clean. They have room service. Pearl and Fred?? (the Asian guy) were great! The internet connection was good on the 5th floor. It was quiet and I slept well. Overall it was a good stay.

Anyone can access the elevator. It's not safe.

We stayed here for one night. The size of the room was practical for us. They have 24-hr receptionist for late arrivals. The room was clean and comfortable.

The Wi-Fi is not easy to connect to. It asks you to register with your personal information and then says your info will be share if you confirm. I didn't feel comfortable with that, so we were not able to use Wi-Fi. The breakfast was ok. It was pretty basic. When we wanted to check out, we couldn't find anyone at the receptionist desk. We waited for 30 minutes, and no one was available.

Small and affordable hotel outside the main areas of Paris. Easy to get to. Located near the Metro. Free parking outside or payable parking on site.

Had no hygienic freebies like usual (such as hand soap, tooth brush...) The air conditioner could be much better!

Good hotel, great location and very good breakfast. Had the room for 4 people and that worked out great with the family.

The only downside is the Internet. It takes ages to get on because of all the info you have to fill out. But the keep asking for the info all the time. That’s annoying

The staff was friendly and helpful, neer to metro station; pointe du lac line 8, 3-5 min walking. Nice location for disney land, take metro line till ruilley station, transfer to line 1, reach satation Nation, the take RER disneyland parc

Narrow room, I hardly put my luggages on the floor where no place to put your feet. Such room is for bed time only, if you expect to enjoy stay in the hotel, dont take it.

The housekeeper My check out was at 2pm coz I wasn’t feeling well, she knocked at the door and open my door without any permission telling me that the check out is at 11.30pm For normal check out it at 12 pm How come she can knock and open the door without permission And she never apologised for that She came back again around 1.40 pm knocking on my door My stay was ok until what I got from the housekeeper this is disrespectful , but the woman at the reception her name is PERLE. She’s from Congo she’s so adorable

Breakfast is very good for the value. I love th fresh baguette and croissants. The egg is not my favorite but the bacon was good. Room and common areas were clean. Staff were nice.

It would be nice to have hand soap in addition to the shower soap dispenser. Also to have instruction on how to operate the aircon/heater.

The room and the bathroom are extremely small. There is not much comfy area in the lobby or should I say in the room which covers everything (restaurant, lobby, bar etc.) I would struggle to stay in the hotel for longer than four days. The positive part is that next door is a Marriot hotel where we spend our free time.

Very friendly staff. Large room with comfortable beds. The area was very quiet. Nice breakfast in the morning.

The showerhead in our bathroom wasn't fixed which didn't make it easier to wash the hair. Not a problem but something that could be improved and is probably an isolated case.

The staff & manager were very nice expecially Pearl she went beyond her duties very helpful also Victoria was nice and helpful

No AC no fan in the room so the room was to warm
