The hotel is literally just a couple of steps from the Val 'd Europe RER train station from where it is only one stop to Disneyland Paris. By car it is only a 5 minute drive to the Disneyland guest parking lot & the parking at the hotel's underground parking facility is really great value for money! This makes it an ideal hotel for Disney Trips! The breakfast is also very good & overall the hotel is really great value for money.

The water in the bathroom is EXTREMELY HOT. I think they should put a warning sign about that in the bathrooms as nobody would expect it to be this hot.

+ The position is perfect to get to Disneyland, as it's just one train stop away from the park (5 minutes), and the station is next to the hotel. You can also walk there, I think it takes around 30/40 mins. + The breakfast was really good + The room was quite big (just the bathroom is a bit small, but not an issue for us) and, most of all, it was clean + Good value for money

- Some of the staff members could have been a bit more friendly (not that we had issues with them, but some of them simply didn't seem too "welcoming")

The check in staff were lovely, it's literally right outside the train station that gets you into the centre of Disneyland, I would say 10 minutes in total from leaving the hotel, getting on the train, going up the escalators and scanning your entry ticket, it really is that close. The train does however, cost 6 Euros each, one way if you buy a paper ticker, so that can add up if you have a large family, in which case you might be better off getting a taxi. Hotel parking costs 7 Euros for 24 hours which has to be as cheap as I've seen anywhere.

AMAZING location for travel into Disneyland Paris. Train station is literally on the door step of the hotel - you couldn't get any better. Good sized rooms and bathrooms, shower was sufficient. No air-con in early April but I think that is a rule in Europe. Reception and general staff were all very polite and welcoming.

Breakfast was limited and passable quality. Alright for a coffee and pastry but that's it. Dinner menu was also limited and again, passable quality (microwaved, not cooked). Good options near the huge shopping mall which is only over the road and through the bus station.

Location is perfect. One stop from Disneyland. Brekkie is basic but good quality.

The staff is absolutely grumpy and there was no information about the renovations, which didn't bother us though. We experienced unfriendly staff in hotels all over France, so I'm guessing it's their mentality? Idk.

The hotels location is amazing - 30 second walking distance from the subway, 3 min walk to a mall, many uber eats options around. The room is small, but enough - it wasnt the cleanest room I’ve stayed at, but enough for the purpose of resting the night. The staff was very friendly, and I am not talking about one person. Every person I’ve encountered was friendly and ready to help.

The thing I liked the least were the sheets and how dusty it was in certain parts of the room, such as under the curtains. I opened the curtains to open the window for fresh air and it was pretty dusty.

Very close proximity to the train station (right outside the door), which is only 1 stop to Disneyland. You can easy walk back from Disney to this hotel as well which we did one night after the fireworks. Room has everything we need for a base for 3 nights aside from tea/coffee facilities in the room, but they have 24 drinks and snacks available. Very soundproof, hardly heard anyone during our time.

The pillows were not great - but I'm used to quite a firm tempur pillow and the bed hurt my lower back, bit again used to a firmer bed. We were on the top floor and with heat rising found it very hot during the night, had to open the window.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was very comfortable. The position is very handy for restaurants and access to the RER station (not the one serving Disney Paris)

Since it's not a budget Ibis, It would be useful to have tea / coffee making facilities, especially helpful for guests arriving late or /and checking out very early. I asked for a quiet room, but with the room being on the front, I could hear the train traffic form the RER train station. A little overpriced, particularly for single occupancy.

Staff was very attentive and accommodating. Location is excellent, right next to the train station and just 1 stop away from Disney Parks. Easy to get to from central Paris as well. The room was clean (I'm very picky with this), good size. Breakfast was very basic but good for the price. Great hotel if you're just looking for a clean, quiet place to spend the night and be conveniently close to the parks.

Didn't find anything challenging in our 2-night stay.
