Location is wonderful. There is LIDL very closely located as well as some bakeries. There is a small kitchen in the studio, so you can just bring shoppings form LIDL and prepare delicious breakfast on your own. It is very close to the RER/METRO station. It is still zone 3, so you pay cheaperfor tickets than having hotel in zones 4-5. The area is very pleasent and safe. Price vs quality is perfect.

Room cleaning service was not done on daily basis, but we stayed only 3 days, so it wa sok for us.

The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-furnished, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchenette was a great bonus for a short stay. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location was ideal—close to public transport and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The ambiance was quiet and relaxing, perfect for both rest and work.


Honestly, there was nothing major to dislike. If I had to mention something, it would be that the breakfast selection could offer a bit more variety, but it was still fresh and satisfying.

Stayed here as we were attending a company event at the defense arena which was a 15-20 min walk away. Rooms were clean, larger than I expected and had a full kitchen including a mini dishwasher which I didn't expect! Bed was very comfortable

Check in was difficult as I was mistakenly checked in under the wrong name so the 2nd room under my booking couldn't be found and the city tax was wrong but we eventually got it sorted. The wardrobe doors in both of our rooms were broken so didn't open fully but it wasn't a problem. An iron in the room or the ability to borrow one would be very useful.

With a fridge in the apartment and lidl next door, we were always able to have cold drinks and snacks available. The nearest station was five minutes away and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed there for a concert at the Paris la Défense Arena which was a 15 minute walk away so very convenient. Nanterre is a lively spot with friendly people.

There was an offputting smell when you opened the apartment door but you couldn't smell it after being in the room for a while.

Room very clean, comfortable bed and aircon. Large spacious bathroom with storage. Small kitchen area but fully equipped with everything required. Close to supermarkets but also several small restaurants/takeaways in the area. 350m from the train station with access to central Paris is 20-30mins. Breakfast facilities available but we didn't use them.

A little expensive for being outside central Paris, but it was during the Olympics so may be cheaper at other times. For longer stays limited wardrobe space.

This is the second time we stay with the Residhome chain in Paris. As always the value for money is superb. The rooms are quite standardized, you know what you get. The bed and pillow are comfortable. It is within walking distance to train station, then you're in the city centre in about half an hour. Underground parking is closeby and easy to access.

The hotel was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was like new and very spacious.Everything you could need. The staff were so polite and very helpful. Great location close to La Defense Arena, 20 minite walk. Grocery shop and bars and restaurants nearby.

The only thing was the pillows were a little hard.

The location is good as the stop of RER A is close to the hotel. However, be aware that it's Zone 3 that requires an extra transport fee in comparison with the city center. At the same time, the price for accommodation in the city center is much higher. So, in my opinion, staying in this nice hotel in Nanterre is more reasonable and pleasant than anywhere else :)

I was very impressed with the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with complete facilities. Moussa was a warm and friendly staff who was happy to help guests and provide local advice. The location was also very convenient and the surrounding environment was quiet and pleasant. Overall it was a pleasant stay
