Perfect place to stay in Paris. Modern and comfortable room in a modern comfortable hotel. Very close to RER (railway) station, easy to get to the center of Paris. Friendly staff ready to help any time in case you need something. A separate plus - various locations in the hotel: sports hall, conference room, various locations for recreation, games

One thing that is confused me that the breakfast was included in the price but on weekends the restaurant didn't work. Think that it should be mentioned somewhere or at least notify people while registration.

The apartment we booked was very clean and nice. For the price I don't think you can expect much better. The breakfast was small, but tasty and for sure enough, for the three days we spent there. The gym felt exceptionally well maintained and is easy to access. Overall the location is very good for a day trip to Paris or Disneyland, the train station can be reached in few minutes.

Our rooms were located on the side of delivery for the mall next door so it got quite noisy early in the day. Not a deal-breaker when you close the windows though.

1. We had a great stay at this place! It’s pretty basic but really modern, clean and quiet, with everything you need in the room. The bed was good, simple but felt so soft and like home. Having a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge was a huge plus! 2. The room was spacious and super close to the RER station, which made getting around really easy. 3. You can go through the shopping mall with a big Carrefour supermarket. 4. It has a direct line to all the main spots like La Défense Arena, Opera, and Disneyland (20-40 min). 5. Fast WiFi, there’s also an office/study table in the room.

I wouldn’t say much about the breakfast, the croissants were a bit hard and the choices were pretty limited (good coffee, through!). But honestly, it’s still totally worth staying here, especially money- and time-wise. Super convenient location for Paris.

The parking garage is right next to the hotel, and it cost me €41 for one week. I just had to use the Indigo Neo app. From the parking garage to the room, I didn’t have to carry my suitcase up any stairs as the access is fully barrier-free! Next to the hotel, there is a shopping center with a Carrefour that is even open for a few hours on Sundays. Parking is also available on the street in front of the hotel, where it is free on weekends, but for the long term, I parked in the parking garage (be aware that finding the correct entrance to the garage can be tricky!). It’s less than a five-minute walk to the metro, with a direct line to the center of Paris, the Eiffel Tower, and Disneyland. The entire hotel is clean and modern. We took advantage of the opportunity to play the piano and drums in the recording studio, as well as to run and box. The breakfast is very simple (don't expect 15 types of salami and 20 types of cheese), but it is fully sufficient and delicious!

We didn't notice any major downsides. Everything went smoothly. It might be better to describe the entrance to the hotel a bit more clearly so it's easier to recognize at first glance where the entrance is.

Location perfect for Disneyland, right next to the metro station and shopping centre with restaurants and large supermarket. Flat was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good quality, staff were friendly and helpful.

Confusing to check in, reception behind locked gates and door so had to rely on someone coming out. As an English tea obsessive, no kettle in the room hit me quite hard. Could have done with a safe as well for passports etc.

The location was super convenient. It was out of the hub bub but directly on an RER line, so easy to get to lots of things. It is also right beside a Carrefour and mall with lots of restaurants and necessities. I loved the common areas. There was all sorts of fun types of entertainment, including a great gym, ping pong, fooseball, mollky, swings, a slide, etc. Some of the rooms were also super cool. The loft rooms have a fun "tree house" feeling to them.

1. Check-in. The signage on the place is poor and getting through the locked gates was tricky when you didn't have data to call someone. 2. The rooms weren't super clean. I swept the floor within an hour of arriving and there was lots of dust bunnies. Also, I stayed an entire week and no one cleaned my room even once in that time. Clean towels and more toilet paper would have been helpful.

The room is so clean and all new. The environment is full of life and the employees are all so friendly and welcoming. The manager is amazingly supportive knowledgeable and helpful. My son loved the swing in the room and loved the croissants they have, he said this is the best croissant he ever had in his life. 😁 and it’s just 20 minutes away by car from Disneyland.

Very good value for money. Clean, tidy, modern, good location- half way between Disneyland and Paris centre, staff nice and friendly, shopping centre just round the corner too (just mind that it closes at 8pm!)

The ONLY thing that wasn't so good was the communication with the hotel prior to my arrival. First the hotel responded within 24 hrs, then when I had another question I got an automated response that a member of staff is on holiday (from December to January 2024?..) and to use a provided email address, which I used but no-one was replying for 2 days and I had to get Booking.com involved and someone from Booking.com replied to me within 24 hrs, then 2 days later the hotel did, and generally the hotel was replying really really late... The questions I was asking were very important to me as I was traveling with a little child.

The room is perfect for medium to long stays. Close proximity to the RER A train station providing access to Central Paris within 20 minutes. A large shopping mall accessible is located at the back of the campus, which includes a large carrefour supermarket, a pharmacy and branded clothes shops. Secure and safe outdoor space om campus.

Instructions on how to get in at the start of your stay were too vague (one of the students let us in!). Staff friendly but not very forthcoming at times.

All receptionists are very good: friendly, helpful, very pleasant. There is a big shopping mall Les Arkades in few minutes by feet near the hotel Interesting and nice design of the interieur The swing on the 1st floor :)

The sealing in our room was unexpected dirty,, may be the room was not finished in full amount and the sealing was not colored. But generally the room was clean, so I think it is just a matter of time - to color it. I find unpleasant to ask a person at the bar for bread or milk, I would prefer to take by myself as much as I need. Would be great to receive slippers.
