Seemless rest & Great AC! RER access to Train Station & Shopping Mall across the street. Great architecture around. Artisan Boulangerie Patisserie nearby. View of the city is magic! Noisy le Grande had a Sunday farmers market nearby. We will be back to the hotel.

Nothing bad to say about the hotel. Really cant think of anything. A stretch would be the room card didn't work each night, but that may have been my wallets magnet.

We were in Paris for sightseeing and Eurodisney. Location was great as its right in the middle. Would be great to offer free parking to your guests, more people will stay :-) The breakfast was good and the overall staff was good and friendly. Maybe you can add some salads and lettuce to the breakfast menue. The breakfast restaurant staff were very nice and they even extended the breakfast time to accommodate families who came late. Kudos to their efforts and approach there.

Although the breakfast was a great option but it wasn’t worth the money for us at all. We eat either halal or vegetarian but there was none except eggs, croissants and cakes. Definitely not worth €19.

No ironing and microwave facility in the rooms. Had to go to floor 2 for ironing. That too sometimes wouldn’t. But at last had to ask them for iron and board in room. Had lots of leftovers but no option to reheat and eat. Food was expensive in Paris and no halal options nearby.

We were met by Zawa and Mendy. From the beginning of checking in they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were well informed of how to make our stay more comfortable. Rooms were ok they were clean and had windows that opened up. We could see the Effiel tower from our window. Good was fresh and tasted good. We opted for half board and had a decent dinner and breakfast. Thank you to all for making our stay good.

staff were excellent, particularly the restaurant team. They were overly helpful and made breakfast very easy

The pool area could be kept better. Bar glasses should be collected regularly and grounds should be free from weeds. Sun loungers were not very comfortable and pool water was not clear.

Great staff. Couldn’t park in the unground parking as I had a roof box on the car. Staff were super accommodating and opened up a separate car park for me. Hotel was pristine. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms were really comfortable. Our floor had a filtered water machine which was a nice touch. 20 mins for Disney. Great option if you are driving over for a night before stay.

Lovely modern hotel, nice pool area, good breakfast and lovely friendly staff. Short walk to the shopping mall where we had a meal at a lovely Italian restaurant.

The hotel room only had 1 plus socket so it was a nightmare trying to charge 4 phones and a battery pack ready for Disney.

The room was clean and spacious, the hotel itself is clean and very open.

I think the bar facilities could be better for a hotel of this size. The rooms were clean, the two single beds may need some attention as I don't believe they are for adults. The window on the 7th floor opens wide which isnt good for any families with children and can be very dangerous. When making the booking the best price was through their website which I was unable to book due to the payment not going through with 3 dfferent cards. called the hotel and they said there is nothing they can do which was disappointing which led me to pay over 120 Euros more.

Located just a ten minute walk from Les Arcades and Noisy Le Grand Mont Est RER line - easy to get on and off from here. Situated smack bang in the middle of this line so easy access to Paris city and Disney (20-25mins each way). Hotel was decorated for Halloween, very family friendly, we got there late evening and they even upgraded us to a superior room. Staff were always happy and happy to help. Clean and a good little selection at breakfast.

The hotel was ok. The staff very helpfull and polite. The breakfast was ok. The rooms and all the hotel was clean. It is positioned between Paris and Disnylend with 10-15 min walking distance to the metro station Noisy-le-Grand Mont d'est on the RED A line.
