My 16yo son and I enjoyed a quiet room, the kitchen facility, comfy beds and easy access to public transport. The room was big enough and offered everything we needed. Plenty of good restaurants in the area.

I have no idea what previous customers had to moan about, we enjoyed a great time and would return.

- convenient location - very close to a tram stop and a metro station - attentive and responsive staff - cozy room and clean bathroom

- not enough power sockets in the room - just 1 for usage by guests?? Two more sockets were occupied by room technique - few bulbs were not lighting - not smooth WiFi covering in the room

It's a little difficult to find the entrance of the hotel, but inside the hotel was pretty clean and comfortable for me to live one night, and you can find KFC, small market near the hotel, it's convenient.

The check-in time is pretty strict at 15:00, if you arrive earlier you have to wait until that time. The location is not really close to the ZENITH PARIS - LA VILLETTE, it takes 20 mins to walk there, but it's still a cost-effective hotel you can choose.

It is really good value for a short stay, the check-in instructions were helpful and communicated promptly, luggage options were relayed and helped a lot, the staff was responsive and the facilities were perfect - comfy beds, good water pressure, quiet place of town, and the little kitchen corner in the studio was a perfect touch! Definitely recommended!

I was communicating in booking with one person for the check-in process and obtained the keys at the reception as communicated but on the next day another person on shift from the reception came to ask us to register not aware that we had already checked in and also came twice to ask to pay the tourist tax..all should have been communicated properly the first time!

Location was ideal for the venue I was attending, and the Metro. Having I microwave was helpful and a money saver. Generally functional.

It was a bit run down. The shower fixture needed to be higher and tighter. Needs some general maintenance, repainting and replastering, etc.

Loved the studio high up with a nice view.

The shower head bar was broken in the room needed to be repaired..

Paris was the last city in my backpacking trip and we’re glad we finished it off with this property. It had all the amenities & utilities just what we needed! It’s an apparhotel so you get the exclusivity while paying the best price. We checked in late at night 1AM. The reception was closed but they accommodated us very well. Impeccable service ✨ Unit was clean and complete, they provided stove, pan, toaster, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, water heater, tv, hairdyer and a plus they let you cook! (as long as you cleaned up after yourself). Basic amenities but all functioning. If you’re looking for an affordable room to rent, I highly recommend it!

Located in Pantin, a bit far from the city center but there’s a tram station just 5mins away and metro 10mins away. Not a problem for me. But it’s a steal deal.

Large room with separate bedroom/living room. Sofa bed with two separate singles for kids (would have been useful to know that in advance). Very regular tram service from outside. Good value compared to Paris generally. Nearby Parc de Villettes very popular with kids.

A few problems on check-in - some sheets that hadn't been changed, a very sticky floor near the kitchen, and not enough towels (but staff very helpful when problems were raised)

The space in the room was very good. The bathroom was also very spacious and the amenities provided in the room were in good condition.

The corridors could've been a little cleaner. It wasn't the best walk to the room but it wasn't bad either.

The hotel was nice, it was clean and comfortable. there is just enough place for 2 people, a kitchenette with coffee machine, microwave and fridge. The staff was extremely friendly and nice.

Only location. Wouldn’t recommend to women alone, which was our case. The distance is not a problem (about 30- 45 min from the centre) and the property is really close metro and next to the tram station. But there were many uncomfortable situations between centre and hotel especially at night during transportation. However, this isn’t something bad about the hotel, but that was our only issue with this stay at Paris.
