We loved the layout, with a living room with pull-out bed for our older daughter. The kitchen is useable and the dining area is comfortable for a family. Beautiful view of Tour Eiffel. A lot of Korean restaurants and a Korean market in the neighborhood. The best part for us, with two daughters aged 4 1/2 and 1 1/2 was the playground an easy 2-minute walk away.

There is one problem this apartment/hotel has which urgently needs to be fixed. The keycards are based on some old technology where they can be demagnetized if they are placed in your wallet near a credit card, or if two keys from different rooms are placed next to each other, or if a key is placed next to a cell phone. I asked the staff where are we supposed to hold the key cards? In our underwear? We had two apartments and keeping the keys magnetized was a major challenge during the whole stay. We must have visited the reception desk 5 times to get keys magnetized again. The problems with keycards was a major headache during our stay. Other than this, we were happy.

We enjoyed the opportunity to explore a different part of the city and the proximity to buses and the RER C train service. We discovered a fabulous Persian restaurant nearby and loved the coffee and brunch at O Coffee, too.

I felt that the photos on the listing were misleading. While we did have a view of the Eiffel Tower, none of the photos showed the giant smoke stack belching out smoke, which is actually between the rooms with a view on the 30th floor and the Tower. The smoke stack sits above six boilers that supply nearby homes with heat. We could still see the Tower, but I feel the smoke stack should be in the photos so that people understand their view will be impeded, not clear.

The apartment was equipped with everything you need for a long stay. Great views of the city, if you're lucky enough to get on the side of the Tower (the other side gets the statue of Liberty twin). Separated AC system for the bedroom and the Living room/Kitchen area. Great location, just a few blocks from the metro station and bus stops, plus a shopping center and walking distance to the Eiffel.Tower itself. If you are into Korean food, there's a Market on the corner with everything you might need to cook it and two restaurants in front of the hotel with a large menú. Very good concierge service to recommendations and assitance into the city's top attractions. Breakfast was ok, with enough little changes on the menu day to day to give you variety.

Shower/Tub can be a little uncomfortable if you are tall. Also there is no free coffee on the room, they will sell you the packets at the lobby.

Spacious, comfortable, clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

It would have been nice to have some tea, coffee and milk in the room to start you off, especially if you are travelling g and arriving late and haven’t had a chance to go to the shops yet.

The lift was stuck on one morning and it was a scary moment for my son and daughter, though we were rescued it was traumatic and would insist on proper maintenance so that it doesn’t happen again

Great size of the room and for the family. Quite comfortable for a family of 4.

Waiting time for the elevator. The price for the holding the baggages waiting for the room is high(but the option exists!)

The location is perfect - walking distance from Eiffel Tower and close to 2 metro stations - Bir-Hakeim and Charles Michels and RER C station Javel. At the same time the area is not very overcrowded, noisy and touristic. There are bakeries, supermarkets and some restaurants nearby. The beds are comfortable and the studio is quite spacious and is equipped with kitchenette with everything necessary. Although the hotel building is high - 31 floors, the waiting time for the elevators is not long. We had a nice view from the 16th floor although not overlooking the Eiffel Tower.

Cleaning is not provided on daily basis but once a week. If you wish cleaning every day, you have to pay additionally.

View from room was amazing but want to charge you for every little extra

Air con didn’t work and when we mentioned it they said they would fix the next day but no one cane to look at it. Also charge for leaving luggage and don’t tell you so you find out when you go back in the lift onto another floor and see it.

A nice apartment with everything we needed. Walkable distance to the Eiffel Tower!

There can be a long wait for the elevator at times.
