We spent 4 nights at Hotel Belfast with my wife and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel has that authentic Parisian charm — elegant interiors, high ceilings, and a cozy atmosphere. Like most places in Paris, the rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re very well thought out and feel surprisingly comfortable and intimate. The location is fantastic — just steps away from the Arc de Triomphe, metro stations, cafés, and bakeries. You can feel the city’s rhythm right outside the door, yet the hotel remains peaceful inside. A special highlight of our stay was Hayk, the front desk administrator. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help — whether it was with local tips, directions, or simply a warm smile. His professionalism and hospitality made us feel truly welcome.

Location! Obviously not to far is the Arc De Triumph, Subway towards the left of the property outside. There are also a couple of restaurants close by but also close walking distance to many shopping places/restaurants etc. Also, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help where possible. Also we booked the room with the balcony, very cute views of the Arc.

We requested a room with a balcony which we did get however if you're after the room with a view of the Eiffel tower in it as well you may need to request for a higher room and closer to the end of the property closer to the Arc if that makes sense. But it was no biggy for us. I think we stayed in rm 221 superior balcony room.

I had a fabulous stay at the hotel Belfast. The staff were so welcoming and kind. The location was perfect and the metro station was literally outside the front door. A taxi ride away to Trocadero was only about 12 euro's. My room was spotless every evening when I returned from exploring this beautiful city. The water pressure was perfect in the shower (something I have found in other hotels to be challenging).

My only slight complaint is the walls are paper thin make sure to bring ear plugs. The beds were not comfortable at all.

The property was in the perfect location for my trip with the metro station just outside to the left with trains to iconic landmarks of Paris and easy connections to other lines of the metro the property was well kept clean and tidy as you would expect for a four star hotel the room was delightful and comfortable with the view of the arc de triomphe from the balcony the mini bar was a good thing if you needed a drink in your room however I didn’t use this because I had already brought drinks when out and about the staff in the hotel was super helpful, friendly and welcoming I just wish I stayed longer

The only thing that I can say is that it’s an old building so the walls are a little thinner then the modern hotels however it’s not bad just can be annoying when people try and sleep and some disrespectful guests slamming there door every time they go in and out of it other then that the hotel is a win for me and I will be back at some point in my future

The French decor, character and charm of the hotel. Location excellent for places of interest and we had a view of the Arc d'triomphe even though the hotel is situated in a quiet location near to bars and cafes. Hotel very clean and staff very helpful and friendly and their advice was very reliable. Comfy beds and lovely bathroom. We felt very safe at night when out and about.

Room was small for two females sharing and there was limited storage space. We had to unplug the tv and kettle to use plug points but we got used to this. The absence of a licensed bar in the hotel but this wasn't a problem as we found that there were plenty nearby.

1/The decor of the lobby, the color was painted by Italian artist and the location is amazing. 2/Some staff were helpful and sweet asking if i need something and more welcome. It’s reflected on my stay. 3/Good WiFi easy to use

1/No free water in the room as complimentary. 2/No service to carry the bag from the car or to the room. 3/weather is cold and you can’t control A/C it is fixed settings.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. They are not only lovely but they know so much about the city and its attractions, it made life easy when we asked for guidance. They also had tickets at hand for guests to access various attractions which was a time saver in itself. Obviously its location to the Champs Élysées is amazing but there is also a metro stop right outside to get out and about easily to greater Paris.

The hotel needs a refresh. It has a lot of charm but some modern amenities like USB ports by the bed would be useful.

We are on trip for 5 days at Paris. The hotel's location is perfect, excellent, we don't need to waste time on transportation. There is only 50 meters to the subway station. If you book the room with the window view, you can see the Arc as it shows in the pictures. The hotel staffs are very super nice. they can satisfy all of our requested. The heating requirements are good to work, you never feel cold in november.

Nothing. All amazing. We will choose this hotel for the trip next time to Paris definitely!!

The location of the hotel was amazing in which all the facilities are near the hotel ( grocery, restaurant, cafe ) also near to the metro station entrance making it easy to move around via the metro , employees are kind and friendly specially (Mr. Mike ) in which he provide us with all information required and gave us the guide we need . Definitely will book again and recommended to be booked

The rooms might be little bit small but it was fine for me although i have a-lot of things

The location was spot on next to the metro station and Arc De Triomphe. The hotel room was a bit tiny but cleand and cozy.

The price was quite high, especially considering the fact that the breakfast was a bit poor. We were then supposed to get a free bottle of wine with our reservation, but they pretended to forget about it.
