Excellent place to stay. Close to train station and walking distance going to Eiffel Tower. Great breakfast! Anika she’s lovely she assist me through my holiday :) All staffs are very welcoming and friendly. I will recommend the place.

The room was different from the picture to reality.. In the picture was more bigger, different style, looks different when I arrived. But all in all it’s perfect afterwards. I booked double bed, it was lovely just the booking.com advertisment need to upadate the photos of the rooms atleast . No microwave inside the room , theres one you can use located downstairs kitchen.

The location and the staff are two highlights of this Hotel with a home away from home feeling. The rooms facing the street is a must as quite a few of them are rewarded with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. The Metro, lovely bars and restaurants and some sightseeing highlights are all in walking distance. The front desk staff have a fair command of English and in particular Michaela's and her team's personal touch and generous hospitality made the stay so much more enjoyable. Beware of pick-pocket theft in and around Paris. Sadly I fell victim to my phone being stolen and the staff was very helpful and went way beyond their duty to assist me in stopping my cards and making contact with my family. Hakim assisted me in arranging online bookings for the Louvre and must-see spots around London. I did not have the breakfasts but can truly recommend the Best Western Trecadore Hotel for your Paris stay. The rooms are nicely appointed, clean and served all my needs for a short business trip. Accommodation in the part of Paris are more pricey than other areas but it was well worth my stay. Thank you team Best Western. For your assistance, for storing my luggage, assisting with maps and directions, arranging transport and for making me feel most welcome. I will be back!

I didn't have breakfast I don't normally eat breakfast and I had an early start. Room was okay. No view but that's okay. I arrived about 1 pm and they gave me a coffee whilst I waited for my room which took about 20 minutes. No rush as check it is usually around 3 pm. I checked out very early (6 am) and the staff looked after my baggage until about 3.30 pm. I paid in cash when I checked into the room.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I had to get use to the pillows on the bed but it went well after the first night. The outer door to my room was a little difficult to open but this is a fire door. Saddened to see that I earned no Best Western bonus points when I booked through booking.com

The location was great, few meters from Metro station Trocadero. Very close to the most famous Eiffel view in Paris. The staff was mostly friendly. Housekeeping and breakfast were excellent.

We shared the room with my colleague in "double room with 2 single beds". The beds were pushed together in a relatively small room and the wardrobe was too small for two people. Just one electrical outlet beneath one bed. We thought the room would be a little bigger with 2 really separate beds :)

The location is very central and in a safe area. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Despite its central location and lively area, the rooms are very quiet. It is very easy to reach other parts of Paris from here by taxi or public transportation. The staff are very helpful and I thank them for their efforts. You can stay for a long time with confidence and happiness.

Everything was quite nice.

The hotel was in a great location, even though it wasn't in a recommended area, it was just 10 min walk or 2 bus stops from the Eifel Tower and next to 2 museums and there was wheelchair accessible to most other place mostly by just 1 bus. Even though it was next to 4-5 restaurants and bars that were open till late night you could barely hear the song from the street. The room was a bit small but big enough for 2 occupants and my mobility scooter and was clean and comfortable and unlike other similar places the beds were also comfy. I would especially like to thank the hotel's personnel. The staff were AMAZING! Each and every one of the employees have the feeling that they were doing all they could to help with anything, as far even as when they couldn't find us a taxi to the airport the receptionist ascorted us to the nearest taxi helping my sister with the baggage along the way.

the water presure in the shower was a little low and the soundproofing between the rooms themselves was not so good but seeing as somehow we could barely hear the busy street even with the night life around the hotel it wasn't much of a problem at all.

Loved the location - we were so close to the Eiffel Tower for doing some early morning photos and metro was easy. Reception lady was very informative and helpful when we arrived and we could get into our room before checkin time for which we were grateful! Room was comfortable not huge of course being Paris, but was what we needed. We even had a slight view of Eiffel from our window! We didn't have the breakfast in the mornings because we were off out seeing Paris and ate later in the day.

Excellent location for trocadero and Eiffel Tower Right beside Carette - we could actually watch the queue forming in the morning from room window! Really comfy bed and pillow Clean

As per other reviews the hairdryer kept cutting out. We put up with it though - should have mentioned it to staff I suppose. I’d recommend you bring your own hairdryer. The mini bar wasn’t filled - I would have been super grateful of this option after a long day of exploring Paris

Great location, nice breakfast.

The women at the reception were very friendly but the man was not. He clearly was in no mood to help me to use the lift. I needed his help because we were given only one keycard and my companion was already in the room. This man clearly hates his job and takes it out on unsuspecting customers. Additionally, when we sat down at a breakfast table with comfortable chairs by the window, the (female) staff member told us to move even though there seemed to be no reason to do so.

I chose Best Western Au Trocadero has the best location, its just 5 mins walk to view the Eiffel Tower. If you’re lucky, you can get a room with a view of Eiffel. Breakfast is good, value for money. I will book this hotel on my next Paris stay. Hakim, the concierge guy is very helpful and informative. The Metro train station is just 2 mins away. There’s a nearby supermarket for your needs.A lot of restaurants in the area which we enjoyed.

The Black lady who serves breakfast was irritable. I understand because she’s alone preparing the breakfast, but she doesn’t need to be annoyed if we ask for something.
