The location is great, very close to trocadero, had several restaurants, markets and patisseries just a few steps away, room was large and bed was very comfortable. we loved the breakfast at this place, they have a good selection of pastries, coffee, juices aside from pancakes, cereals, yogurts, cheeses, bacon, beans sausages and eggs for 15 euros per person for all you can eat. highly recommended.

Two issues with this stay: 1 - the description states they have laundry service, but did not specify it was self service, the main reason we booked here was because of the laundry service and was a little disappointed that it was not as we expected. 2- the power outlets seemed to have issues, we plugged are phones in the usb and the power outlets and they would stop charging overnight, we woke up a couple days with our phone nearly dead since at some point it stopped charging overnight.

The location was fantastic and in close proximity to many highlights such as the Eiffel Tower. Easily accessible metro and buses nearby. 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and kitchen stocked with essential items. Amenities easily replenished. Shower head water read meter was educational regarding usage. Friendly staff and cleaning crew. Quiet surroundings. Must swipe guest key to enter the premises.

Would be great to have a laundry machine in the room.

Housekeeping is done every 6 days , its like your at home cleaning up after yourselves everyday. Room i booked was different to the picture. Got a bottom floor family room. Tv channels all in French. Nothing in English at all. Its just their channels. Told them 1 TV in room.doesnt work they didn't fix it

We arrived at 2:30 pm, the receptionist said the room was ready, but we had to wait, bexause check in was at 3 pm. We didn't understand why we had to wait... In the end she checked us in early. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a terrace, the beds were comfortable, plenty of storage space in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The receptionists were nice and kind. Free coffee and tea in the lobby (do it yourself) - no coffee makers in the room, but we knew that. 2-3 minutes walk from the Trocadero square (and metro) where there is an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. Grocery store across the road. Excellent pizzeria in the hotel building (entrance from the street). Many other great restaurants nearby.

Breakfast voucher - we didn't understand what it was for. While check in we paid for the stay including breakfast, but I had to register and create an account to get 1 voucher for 1 person for 1 free breakfast. I turned in the voucher on the next morning at breakfast. Whether anything was free or what the registration was good for - I have no idea. There was little choice at breakfast, it was the same every day, the hot food was not hot, and whenever we came, there was always something missing - the cooks didn't have time to replenish pastries, eggs, cutlery, etc. Price 15 €/adult and child 7-12 years for half. You might be better off going to a nearby bistro for breakfast. The men's WC in the lobby was dirty (wet) and no toilet paper.

Location was amazing, short walk to amazing view of the Eiffel Tower! Plenty of shops, restaurants all within a short walk. Room was clean and suited our needs, staff were friendly and breakfast we paid extra for in the morning was nice too. Laundry facilities in the basement were easy to use.

Milk hot drinks weren't available at night time, they only had espresso black coffee available.

Our accommodation was very comfortable, including the bed and the king size sofa bed. The kitchen facilities were very helpful for making our own breakfast, and there was enough equipment to cook a dinner meal if we had wanted to. The location is excellent - a two minute walk to Trocadéro and the metro station with easy access to the city. The access to a laundry was also very much appreciated after a few weeks of travel!

It was a little bit cold, but the additional heater was used to warm the apartment up. Tiled floors make it cold in the winter. There was a bit of street noise, the room wasn’t very soundproof but this was ok with earplugs.

Fabulous location, close to shops and some really nice restaurants, with a only a short distance to walk to the Eiffel Tower. All our rooms were lovely, with great amenities and all spotlessly clean. Each room had a great kitchen area with a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. The bathrooms were modern and beautifully clean with hand soap, shampoo and body wash provided. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we all had a wonderful stay. we'll definitely be booking this hotel again.

We stayed in this cozy place for 2 nights and we didn't have anything to complain about. The people of reception were absolutely lovely, they guided us to the garage and explained everything. We found everything we needed in the room. We haven't heard any noise from the street. Also, many guests were complaining about the parking. I managed to drive in on my Volvo XC60 without problems. Of course, it is narrow. But if you know your car - then should not be a problem. If you don't know your car - better not to come to Paris by car at all. I had more stress crossing the Triumph Arc, rather than entering the garage.

Nothing to complain

Location, location, location. Within walking distance to the Eiffel tower and less than 10mins walk to either Trocadéro and Victor Hugo metro stations which can get you to other sites in the city. Nice restaurants/cafés nearby. Kitchenette was handy to have. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downstairs lobby area was very nice.

Booked the 1 bedroom apartment. Standard didn't match the pretty downstairs area.The bedroom was dusty in parts, dropped something and under the bed was very dusty with hair on the floor. Glad I brought my slippers. Bedroom was very small so not much room to have a small cabin case open so kept them in the living room but once the sofa bed was open it felt cramped for 3 people. If you're out and about a lot you won't mind but if you like relaxing in your room I wouldn't recommend. For the traveller familiar with Premier Inn, the room was like that but with a kitchenette and not as clean.

Perfect location within walking distance of Trocadero (6) and Wilson (2) metro lines. Plenty of cafés and restaurants around the aparthotel. Walkin distance from Eiffel Tower

The room was very small with the bed occupying most of the floor area and little room to move around it.
