-location -friendly staff -luggage storage -plenty of shops around -small elevator -we could check in earlier as the room was ready -good water pressure, towels, soap -housekeeping everyday -little balcony on the fifth floor -little fan in the room as it was very hot -iron available at the reception -nice lobby to hang out -extra toilette at the lobby -we did not experience any noise from other rooms -the price was also ok for this time of the year and this location. Take the bus number 30 from the main street and get off at the Eiffel tower in 1 go! (40min) We did not take the breakfast as we wanted to eat at the local bakeries .

Although outdated but the room could be a bit cleaner, specially the floor. There was also dust on every surface. The bed made a plastic sound when moving but it was ok and comfortable. A little fridge in the room would have been nice.

I went on a trip with my mom for about 5 days. The rooms are on the smaller side, but for the location and amount of time we were actually there it was perfect for us. There was closet space and hangers, we were able to fit our 3 suitcases in there and we had a view of the street. The lift/elevator can only fit max 2 ppl or 1 person and 1 suitcase, so we did multiple trips up and down. The staff were all so friendly, it is located in a great area, lots of cafes and delicious bakeries. Only about a 15 min walk to Moulin Rouge and about a 20 minute walk to Montmarte. Local metro stations too for easy transport. We felt safe walking around at night too. I enjoyed every second of our stay, cant wait to come back to Paris in the future.

The restrooms were clean but had a slight sewage smell.

Excellent value for money and location. Three metro stations nearby. Great price and the hotel was lovely. We had a front, corner room which was very spacious. It’s 2 star, so no frills but was very impressed with the staff and ability to leave cases on arrival and day of departure. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Everything was clean, very happy.

The walls are thin and one of our neighbours decided to have two showers at 2am but it’s an old building and can’t be helped by the staff. Wouldn’t put us off staying again. My husband slept soundly through it all with his earphones in, so would recommend people bring earplugs.

Excellent starting point to explore Paris, the hotel location it's a typical Parisian street full of cafè, shops and amenities very close to the metro and bus stations. Pigalle nightlife it's vibrant and full of interesting places (the Moulin Rouge it's just few mins away as well Montmatre) Sunday morning you'll find a quaint street market in the Boulevars between Pigalle and Anvers metro stations. The hotel staff were very friendly and fulfilled all our needs, they also provided us with luggage storage after the check out which allowed us to easily enjoy our last day in Paris.

The only issue was the wifi, every time we used it we had to log in again but I'm sure it can be fixed easily.

I needed to spend one night in the neighborhood (didn't have breakfast) and it was perfect. The room on the 4th floor, on the internal court of the building, was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Check in and out went smoothly and fast. Nice to have the luggage dropping service !

No soap in the bathroom. Tiny sink. If you have big suitcases be aware of the tiny elevator. It didn't bother me at all as I had small luggage and it was only for 1 night but for longer periods the accommodation might be small, especially with 2.

In great location in the 9th. The hotel is on a lovely high street with lots of shops and bakeries. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby if you head towards moulin rouge all in walking distance. For the price Hôtel was good. Yes you can hear other people passing through but it’s too be expected in this type of building

People was definitely smoking in there rooms. Luckily my room smelt absolutely fine. Just in the corridors you smell it the most

All staff members were nice and polite and they genuinely tried to solve the cot issue. The room was nice and the shower was great. The location is really good, close to metro stations, restaurants and local shops. This is a two-star hotel, and with that in mind, it is excellent. From what I read in the reviews posted by other people, the impression I had was that they were evaluating poorly, complaining about things as if it were a 4-5-star hotel. When we return to Paris, this hotel will definitely be at the top of our list of options.

The baby cot was confirmed after we booked the room, but there were no cots available when we got there. They managed to provide the cot for the second night there, but for the first one we had to improvise a baby mattress with a duvet. They gave us a larger room to make up for it, which was nice.

The experience in general was really positive. The location is very good close to a lot of nice places to eat and see with a walking distance and also close to the metro so easy to get by. The beds were really comfortable and the room was cozy.

The room was small, but it was expected. Also the bathroom is really small and the ventilation is not so good, but it was clean.

Great location with view of the Sacre Coeur on a lovely street with shops, cafes and near a supermarket. Also within walking distance to train stations. Staff were friendly. Rooms were quite clean. Breakfast was very affordable and our daughter ate for free. It wasn't a fancy buffet, but fine for us.

Room had hair from previous visitors on the floor. We saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Room was tiny, but it didn't bother us. Coffee and tea facilities in the room would be nice

The hotel was located on a great street close to the train station (Gare Du Nord). Clean reception & room was clean & comfortable. For the price met expectations.

You could hear people in the corridor or stairwell so not great if need to rest. Couldn’t work the heating so room was cold. But I had to leave early as only 1 night stay. The hairdryer worked on arrival but didn’t work the next morning?
