Good location. Clean. Cleaning lady was nice. And one reception gentleman helped me with the problem I encountered, helpful.

Stayed for 3 days, but the twin-bed room that me and dad allocated in was very small. Not enough space to open the two suitcases on the floor. We 2. The soundproof of the room is very very poor. You can clearly hear almost every-single-words that other guests spoken from the next room. 3. The Safe in the room is broken, not working. 4. There is no refrigerator. I booked this hotel because it says the rooms have refrigerators, but no, our room has no refrigerators.

We enjoyed our stay:) I requested a room with a view to the Eiffel tower and we were very happy to get it😍 lovely stuff, tasty breakfast, close location to bus and metro stops. Super nice, thank u!:)

Great, friendly staff. Good breakfast and service. Strategically perfect location close to many sights. Panoramic view of the Eiffel tower. Nearby is a metro and bus station, Carrefour City store, many restaurants and cafes...

We loved the location of this hotel, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Loved the fluffy towels.

For a recently renovated room we were very surprised by the poor standard of the work. The bathroom had hooks for hanging but they were not firmly attached, there were also a few unfinished things in the room.

What a great hotel right near all the sights in Paris. Good staff, good breakfast and a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We didn’t need anything else for our 3 night Paris stay.

Staff and location

Small room, no English TV stations, sheets were not changed daily, room did not have a dresser to place clothes in.

It was the first time I had been to Paris, and we were celebrating my wife's birthday there. We had been searching for a good hotel long before the trip, and our choice was the best offer at that price and under those conditions. Due to our special occasion, the hotel management upgraded our room to a premium room on the top floor with an excellent view. 1. Responsive and friendly staff (well speaking in English) at the reception and in the cafe for breakfast. 2. Cleanliness in the room (cleaning was in every day). 3. Breakfasts (there were no warm dishes, but many appetisers and pastries, coffee, tea, milk, ham, chicken sausages and french cheeses). 4. City view of the Military Academy building and the Eiffel tower are amazing, there was a tiny balcony. 5. Location-close to the Champ de Mars and Eiffel Tour, metro (Line 8 - Ecole Militaire station), supermarkets, restaurants and bar. 6. The room had a very comfortable and soft bed, an extra sofa for guests, comfortable temperature, mini-refrigerator and large closets for clothes and shoes.

The building inside is only after renovation (or looked like), inside there are some old furniture, not very comfortable bathroom and shower - very small for such a large room (there was an premium room on the 6th floor - No.62). The elevator is small and can only accommodate two adults (+a child maybe), but this is a special feature of the building.

Location was good.

Tea making facilities would have been nice to have had in the room.
